Why is it that the VBC (PT2) is at 9.7 but the VBCI is 9.3 even though it gets: Better Thermal Vision, Commander thermal Vision, IRST Auto Tracker, Laser Warning Reciever, Better Armor (See Protection analysis Images), And Electro Optical APS?

Well there are many examples of blatantly better vehicles being at lower BRs than obviously worse vehicles (J-7D vs MiG21bis [and the F-104G while we’re at it]) so this isn’t anything new
You could try to continuously throw games for a couple months to force the winrate and k/d to collapse in the hopes of something happening, but this is a minor nation vehicle so I doubt anything would happen unless its horribly OVERperforming against the major nations

Imo, most 9.x autocannon-only ifvs need dropped a br. 25-30mm autocannons means you are outclassed by AA while being of similar speed in many cases. And the AA are usually 1-2 br steps under.
VBCI, VBC, Badger, CV9030 and 9040, BMP2-MD,Type87,and CM34. All of them are just outclassed. ~110 pen darts at 9.0-9.3 isn’t viable, especially with some of the slower fire rates. At 8.3 the Gepard already had 127 pen apds and at 9.7 the bagel has a backup atgm and prox rounds for air.
Not just that, but almost every single one of the autocannon vehicles slot nicely into BR clusters ONE br under their current. China has a good 9.0 already, with the CM34 at 9.3. Italy has a good 9.3 but the VBCI sits at 9.7. The CV9040 has nothing at 9.7 but a whole list at 9.3. The Badger… might be functional 8.0 but anything more and no one is taking it.
