USA top tier needs a change

I played too few matches on V2. Besides, V2 is technically worse than SEP, since it’s the same thing, but heavier and slower because we still can’t take off TUSK II.

  1. You conveniently seem to be ignoring the second video in which I take around 11 hits, many of which weren’t to the turret.

  2. Clear example of double standards. If that clip had been of a T-80BVM absorbing shots to the turret, you (and others) would claim that’s evidence of the T-80BVM having fantastic survivability.

  3. Plenty of shots also landed to the side of my vehicle, so the claim that only turret front was hit isn’t even true.

  4. Here’s another video of a 30mm autocannon continuously firing into the side of my M1 for 6 full seconds, and still doesn’t kill me. (next to tanking 3BM-42 rounds as well).

Potentially, yes, but obviously technical performance is the most important factor. As you point out, even when we control for skill of the player (like what Spanish is doing), there are other factors that could mess up player stats on a specific tank. His Strv 122B+ K/D being much lower than his K/D for the Leo 2A7V means that he either performed poorly with the 122B+ or performed above average with the 2A7V (as we know that in most ways the tanks are identical).

When comparing two tanks that are not (nearly) identical, you need to look at technical performance or have some sort of assurance that your personal experience with the tank is valid. The main ways to do this are to (somehow) prove that you performed equally skill-wise with both tanks, or you have a large enough sample size for poor luck to be a negligible factor in your performance.

By comparing his stats between the (nearly identical) M1A2 SEPv1 and SEPv2, we can see that his SEPv2 stats track with the SEPv1 despite the much lower number of SEPv2 battles. Since we know that the 2A7V has better technical performance than the SEPv1/2, his player stats also make sense.

TL;DR: His Strv 122B+ stats are outliers, but the SEPv1, SEPv2, and 2A7V stats make sense in comparison to their contemporaries and/or technical performance, but overall it is better to use pure technical performance.

Meatball is clearly better then sausages.

Except that both of those are Leo 2A7Vs, the top one is the Hungarian one.

Ooooh, now we have better Soup

I’m personally fine with asymetrical balance, but what’s currently happening at top tier ground can’t even be called that, what’s currently happening is just pure chaos/imbalance.

M1 with M833 vs current 2A4, but more specifically the T-72B 1989 is going to cause some very much M1 stomping.

Also current T-80B at the same BR as the IPM1 with M900 is just lmao levels of ridiculous.

What would the BVM 2023 do over the normal BVM besides the anti drone stuff.

(And no, I’m not counting the unproven claim that it can reverse faster.)

The problem that top tier currently faces, is that an average MBT isn’t good enough anymore with absolute monster tanks like the Strv 122s and 2A7s running around unchecked.

However this isn’t a US exclusive, it’s pretty much a problem for every nation except Germany, Sweden and now Italy (some people would add Russia to this group too, but I’m slightly conflicted on that one).

Guess which vehicle got added first to the game. And some special usa mains like to brag about how this tank dominated, while its opponents were the t64b and leopard 2k. Not even the 2a4 and t80b which are also both older, especially the latter.

It would replace the T90M in my lineup, thats good enough for me.

Nothing new. Maybe faster reverse gear¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Also the(a?) side bags were changed with metal crates, that can add some mm of armor and more % for bugs
The Russian TT is already exhausted, if you exclude the T-14(15). Only prototypes of varying degrees of realization and usefulness remain

as a member of the sausagus maximus species i digress

yes the SEPV2 is clearly above average

Heres a video of the “survivability” of the Abrams from DM33 a starter round.

Better reverse gear thats been proven, even though they just slap relec ERA on the rear of the newer T90ms instead of doing the same.

Literally every chinese top tier mbt is mismodelled.

True but which MBT at 11.7 is. Because that abrams turret ring being 50ish mm in spots sure isnt lol. (also the Merkava is completely wrong. The MK3 is 65 tons, but also the MK4 is also 65 tons? Da fuq

I think Chinese tree is generally the most mismanaged, the Mbts are plagued with a ton of issues that would easily be solvable if gaijin hired a competent modeling company.

Yo bruh!

It would replace T-80U on mine. So my lineup would be;

T-80BVM (2023), T-80BVM, T-90M, T-72B3, BMP-2M, Pantsir-S1

I want to replace T-80U because it’s the oldest vehicle, with worst thermals, worst gun handling and worst shell hahah

Trhrow away bmp2m it’s sucks a lot.
Use Su25 or another jet instead
