I think making this statement in a vacuum while true makes people think that you believe the F-15C GE should be the same BR as the current 14.7s when some of the current 14.7s should also go up to 15.0.
Mainly being Rafale + Su-30SM2
while Su-30SM and MKM also go to 14.7

They perhaps should, But i also dont think the F-15C GE is that far behind the others either.
and the stats kinda prove that, with it keeping pace with the British Typhoon and Rafale and it actually being ahead of the Italian/German Typhoons and the Su-30SM2.
US mains seem to think the F-15C GE is one of hte weakest aircraft in-game right now, when the reality is, its perfectly competitive top tier aircraft. Those actually needing buffs are probably China (wth PL-12 needing an overhaul and the J-15T moving down to an appropriate BR) and Israel that doesnt even have an AESA Top tier. Sweden and Japan arent looking that hot at the moment either.
The US imo, is around 5th? in-line to actually need some top tier buffs at the moment and they certainly dont need vacuum buffs (like exclsuively getting next gen IR or ECM)
and the claim that the Typhoon is god tier and needs 0 fixes is getting old quite quickly, its third best at top tier at the moment and has a LOT of things that need to be fixed.

Typhoon AESAs too. Typhoon and Su-30SM2 matter more for air rb while Rafale dominates in competitive tournaments.

No one says it doesn’t do very well there either, Rafale should go up as well. Just saying the typhoon aesa should go up as well because it was omitted from your original statement not that I think you maliciously did so, just wanted to point it out.
I routinely still see Rafales walking away with mutliple easy kills. MICA EM still remains the strongest Fox-3 and the UFO FM at high alt makes it incredibly strong. Ive literally seen one fly into a pack of 3 or 4 enemies, fire 1 missile at each and kill all of them.
Rafale is definetly still second best top tier at the moment, only beaten by the SU-30SM2 because of the MCM BS

With BOL, Aim-9M and Aim-120C5 fixes and maybe also Aim-120Ds, sure.
But at the moment… its a good platform let down by poor equipment. Fighting things like the Rafale and Su-30SM2 is very hard because it just cant compete in terms of weapons. Let alone R-77-1 and MICA EMs just ignoring BOL
All three should go up to 15.0 and then all 3 should also get buffed upon moving it up to 15.0

Su-30SM2 and Rafale would be just fine as is. As they both have Meta weapons and actually usable CMs
The F-15C GE is superior to the M-Scan Typhoons and On-par with the E-Scan Typhoons due to sheer missile quantity and the MCM meta.
It really needs the rudder fixed.
