Yes. It might be debatable that American jets in this game are quite worse than other Western top-rank jets.
But, solving it with the way of buffing American jets to an unacceptable level shouldn’t happen at all.

The main important difference is that the Swiss 18C(early) gets 120 countermeasures compared to the US 18C(early)'s 60. Simple solution would be to just give the US 18C(early) 120 as well.
Or an alternative, which would also make a lot of the Swiss people happy, is giving the Swiss 18C(early) AIM-9P-5 and moving it to 13.0. This is a win win for both sides.

The USA FA-18 C early is already under BRed, just cuz German mains manage to suck even more than USA ones somehow doesn’t mean it should go down even more!
It’s not really under BR, 12.7 is the limit of what these planes can be without being dead thanks to compression. The only fox 1 slingers that can live at 13.0 have R27ER. Even if you gave them aim9m they are far worse off at 13.0 than 12.7 without them. 14.0 pulls things up hard so its much more than a .3 increase, just like 11.0 sucks atm because most premium spam is 11.7/12.0.
Like you said, that’s compression coupled with the MASSIVE power step of ARH. That doesn’t change that for things at or lower than their BR they are over powered. Yes I agree they can’t go up, when I say they are under BRed I mean they over preform for their BR, not that I think they should be up tiered… but they are better then other planes at their BR like the F-16 ADF.

Their air tree suffered a lot in parts of 2023 and most of 2024, until they got the EFT, but their ground tree really hasn’t suffered in years, especially not ever since they added the 2A7V.
However in hindsight maybe it would have been better if I seperated air and ground though when I made the "Germany hasn’t suffered in a while"claim.
Id say the 18C early is on the very edge between 12.7 and 13.0 with its current kit, being held back only by low CM count and 9Ls.
Swiss premium hornet having “late” engines, radar and CM count (does it get the 18C late RWR too?) is arguably 13.0 material already, personally id just give it 9Ms and shove it there.
You need range at 13.0 because the majority of your games are gonns be full uptiers, 9ms dont solve anything in that regard.
Ive been spading the su33 today, pretty much every game im seeing typhoons and at 14.0, it can hold its own here because it isn’t outranged with r27, just sucks when you have to fly defensive and have no answer to fox3.
Having to deal with this in something with what half the range of r27 and no fox 3 would be near unplayable. It would be in the graveyard with the rest of the non r27/fox3 13.0s
