US ground vehicle tree on top of the tree, needs a buff

and the Meteor was specifically created for the Typhoon.

The original design requirements for it were from the UK MoD for the Eurofighter.

Aim-120C5 is actually probably a fair bet for what its being compared to

Yep, which just makes sense being a ramjet.

still, could be the 120B or MICA. MICA being very likely as its another MBDA product

2023

Unless stated anywhere else. Im going to assume Aim-120C5.

I love how this has gone from US ground buffs to an in-depth discussion on the F-22, consequent balance of 14.3s, and is now just a discussion on who’s planes are the best

its in their best interest to make it seem as good as possible without outright lying. 3x more LSZ than 120C-5 is questionable

The thread was always “US isnt the best by a large margin, therefore it needs buffs”

that also translates to air where the US cant 1v16 there either and therefore are DOA

To be fair the post do specifically state GROUND in the title

Why?

Its a Ramjet.

If it was a solid rocket motor or dual pulse, sure, I maybe would agree that the claim would be dubious, But being a ramjet, it operates entirely differently. It has no need to carry oxidiser, it burns most of the way to the target, rather than a short intense burst at the start and has a variable throttle to optimise its burn to reach the target

My fav part about this thread is that you just keep strawmanning over US mains

RIght and? OPs complaints were busted 2 days ago?

If the M1A2 Sep V2 was quote:

then the M1A2T that has spent the last few weeks dealing with being stock… should also have done poorly. Its one of the best performing tanks of Dec 2025

Correction, it was the best performing MBT of Dec 2025

Please quote me once where I have?

I’ll wait

Though Tpyical US main, attacking the person rather than actually coming up with a reasonable argument

You stated that the F-16 was not OP because the Mig-29 countered it.

Not all nations had Mig-29s or F-16s but it didnt matter because most nations did and they were “balanced”

Using that same logical argument.

Typhoon (3 nations), Rafale (1 nation, probably 2 in the near future), Su-30SM2, (1 nation) (and the Gripen E & Mirage 2Ks arent doing too poorly either, so another 2 nations there) are reasonably balanced against each other.

Therefore it doesnt matter that not every single nation at top tier at the moment is performing 100% equal. (even though the F-15C GE is performing fine)

Afterall, its not the fault of the other 9 nations that the US didnt make a decent Gen 4.5

Zero

After wasting 10,000 hours on this game, I find them to be more skilled and play a lot smarter than US mains though. And unlike most US mains, I can read and speak Chinese and quickly notice the way they talk they would always consider all individual facts and focus on precision, thus their point of view is generally more accurate and free of errors bro

@Morvran oh wow Sweden, Germany, Italy, France, UK, and now even the coming Korean TT will get meteors.

heres a strawman, that is not what he was saying

man your good at this

was never to point of my post in the first place and your point doesn’t counter it at all because the F-16 and Mig-29 were put at higher brs than all the other jets unlike the current top dogs
