Quite frankly, I can only describe this horrendous change this way;

I’m out.

All bug reports have already been processed on the old forum because now bug reports are processed on Community Bug Reporting System, nothing will be lost.

“Nothing will be lost”

I ask the moderation and administration, what will happen to the proposals on technology that remained on the old forum, will they be transferred? Or will they just link to them in the list of suggested vehicles? The same goes for other important messages and other users’ work. No one says anything specific, here it is, the attitude towards ordinary players

This new forum looks awful. I’m not going to use this in any way.

Everything thats already on the old forums that was suggested in terms of known vehicles has been catalogued (eg, the vehicles). The devs most likely already know of these vehicles. If a suggestion has not already been passed and someone wishes to remake it, update it or simply repost it on the new forum, this is entirely fine.

But please have some patience on suggestions:

The suggestion team is working on it.
It will take some time to get everything on the forum working.

I feel like a working forum should be a bare minimum if Gaijin wants to make this change…

It is working overall.
I mean that the mod team is working on the details to get everything going as it used to or better :)

Gaijin really needs to hire game dev and tech teams ASAP.

I seem to recall after the recent Drama they promised to communicate better, be more open and revert changes the community didn’t like… well that ALMOST lasted a whole 5 minutes… the Snail will Snail.

Looks like the Blizzard forum, I hate it.

I’ll be in the minority here - I actually like the new forum and say thanks to the devs/moderators for getting it up and running.

Should’ve be done BEFORE A ROLLOUT.

Just say’in.

If the forum already migrated to discourse, will the bug reporting website also be migrated here?

Once again, why do you force a change if it is not even ready ?
You could have pushed it back another week or two, polish everything, meanwhile create a project news article about this incoming change ? Gather feedback, opinions from community, incorporate them… easy as that

Honestly here in our country if my employee does something similar to this, which damages the reputation of my company or any company delivers half finished products it just looses it’s reputation and employees are fired if they are not able to get it running as it should…

And again you promised that changes will be communicated beforehand with community - we are back where we always were - same mistakes - damage to company = fire responsible people for repeated mistakes for forcing such (mostly unwanted) changes…

All we want (after 10 years) is for WT to thrive and prosper so we can all enjoy the game but this is quite the opposite direction, maybe I will drag my boycott till summer ends… and who knows after that I may not even consider launching WT at all

Its ridiculous that the old forum is only archived for 2 years then it goes away… Feels like they are trying to erase the old game so no one cane be wiser in the future…
