Rationale
The Pz.III N is fair at its current BR. Compared to the Pz.III L, the armor is worse since it does not have the applique on the mantlet. The 75 mm howitzer may have more penetration on paper, but this comes at the fair cost of velocity and inconsistent damage, whereas the Pz.III L’s 5 cm gun is far more consistent and easy to use. I therefor don’t think it is necessary to raise its BR to 3.3.
Since much of its competition is going up in BR, it does have the potential to become more dominant in its BR range if it stays at 3.0. I think a small reload nerf would be a good way to mitigate this possible impact without forcing it into an uncomfortable BR or undermining its playstyle.

M24 (TL)
- Ground Battles: Change from Rank II to Rank III
Reasoning:
Other M24 variants, including the M24 Chaffee in the US tech tree, are being moved to Rank III. Why is the M24 (TL) not being considered for Rank III? The only difference is access to APCR, which should justify moving it to Rank III as well. I hope this is just a mistake or an oversight in failing to include it.

Exactly, right now it’s on 11.0, and it’s a bit unusable in lineups because the closest lineup is 10.7, which would be a better fit there, than in an 11.7 lineup
i think they should just give it a wormhole device that spawns infinite ASRAAMs and put it at 14.7 honestly

Suggestion:
-Mode: RB
-Vehicle: IKV 103
-4.0>4.0 (or increase) + Let it keep the “slpsgr m/65”
-Reasoning: The HEAT-FS is a unique attribute of this vehicle. There would be little to no reason to play it over the Sav m/43. Lowering the BR to 3.3 makes it face many vehicles with a very short reload rate while it has virtually no armor.
The HEAT-FS does indeed make it gimmicky, but special and interesting.

The BR bracket suffers heavily from supersonic aircraft like the F-104 etc.
The 104C is already moving up. The 104A should also go up.
This would make some breathing room for the 8.3 - 9.3 BR bracket.

AMX-13-M24

Other M24 variants are being moved to Rank III. The AMX-13-M24 is France’s only M24-based derivative on the AMX hull, yet it remains at Rank II. I believe it should be moved to Rank III as well since its BR is getting increased.

I just saw this:
The IKV 102 could be added in a future update instead of the planned BR-change (and ammo change) of the IKV 103. This way the IKV 103-appreciators can keep their funny HEAT-FS-wagon and sweden gets a new vehicle.
The IKV 102 has already been passed to the developers (Ikv 102 (1956) - The Ikv 103 before HEAT-FS, as a suggestion. (Old forum post)).

Yes, but with the caveat that its reload is nerfed to 5.9~6.3 seconds. It’s a very powerful round to be slinging about at such a low BR. A reload nerf would make sense given its there’s much less room for the turret crew compared to the likes of any Sherman.
I’d argue that even then, it still would need to go to 3.0, but it would still be in a better state there than it is in currently without APHE at 2.7.

Almost every British low-mid rank tank is missing ESS, so that could be factored in to any BR change.

Well yeah, the ammo change is silly given it was able to use the round and the 102 literally fulfills the role the snail wants with this change.

Wouldn’t be the first time premiums have moved up in rank.
Leopard 2A4 premiums moved up in rank when rank 8 was added.
Do any of the m24s need moving? Most of these so called tanks get front penned by AA, the german pz4s included. I was in a t34 just last night and get one popped by AA- so that too. The sherman the only tank on the list that doesnt
IMO, they are quite strong, but the impact of increased BR won’t be felt as much since other tanks are being moved up alongside the M24 Chaffee. I see this as largely a negligible change.
M24 should be used as a scouting ambusher. It’s not meant to be immediately seen and shot at.
I’d consult the survivability onion.

11.0 > 10.7
Rarely seen in GRB. There is no solid 11.3 lineup for it. Have the same capabilities as A-7D and A-7E, just lower in BR. It would be a nice fit for the American 10.7 lineup, like the SU-25BM in the Russian tech tree.
