Upvote here if you want to support my proposed changes for the F-14B Tomcat. I would like to see it improved at its current BR or adjusted appropriately, so it does not need to be moved down to 12.7 in the future.
I have included several bug reports addressing the F-14B and the AIM-54C Phoenix, generally, overall improvements.
More upvotes (hearts) will likely attract Gaijin’s attention to review it.
Let me know if there are any additional bug reports that may be affecting the performance or battle rating of the F-14B Tomcat that I should include in the feedback.
I intend to do this every time a new BR changes thread is opened until all issues are addressed.

Oh, and I noticed there is no outstanding or open bug report addressing the F-14B’s missing AIM-7MH.
Is someone going to create a bug report for that?

@malucobeleza171-psn Most of the docs you have also mention stream raid and improved PK and LAR which given the similarities to the Aim-54A can only be solved by an improvement to trajectory/loft profile, which I have more proof of here:

The F-14’s radar is the only radar where the TWS HDN mode sees chaff. I’m guessing this is another bug alongside the elevation bug?
is there an open bug report with this info?
If the IRIAF actually goes to 13.3 I don’t ever want to see a complaint about F-14s climbing up, shooting their BVR missiles, and going back to base. That’s the way Gaijin is promoting to play with them.
All the extra Fakours do is completely take away the close range capability of the IRIAF. Which already wasn’t good in the first place with the bad rwr, radar, R-27R (~11km of range being generous), Aim-9P, bad engines, etc…
I’m not too bummed because I rarely play the IRIAF anymore since I like the F-14B better, but it’s tragic to see honestly.

13.0 with the F-14A IR radar is rough, Fakours are the ultimate skill check missile with any of the jets you now face able to defeat them with ease providing the player isn’t alt tabbed jerking it to Nami cosplays.
Gaijin how can it be right for it to face a Su-30, 2 more Fakours and you want to put it to 13.3???

to be fair, fakours are indeed that good. like, they got ridiculous speed and the fact they only start giving warnings from ~12km instead of 16km out makes it very annoying to dodge them early stage bvr if you’re not already someone what going defensive. I’ve died a fair amount of times to fakours early on in a match because they get to you so damn quickly and I wasn’t in a notching position

There’s also this… While they could mean that it is from a book or another paid source, it is unlikely as this was used to reject a NASA source
