Here is a highly detailed breakdown on the Fakour-90 and the buffs it received. tl;dr the R-27ER is the only thing that beats it at medium range and it is completely uncontested at long range. It is not trivial to dodge anymore and you now need to employ the same tactics required to defeat an AIM-120, R-77, MICA, and the like.
I will not be engaging further with this conversation. If you cannot recognize that an AIM-120 with worse pull inside of 5km but a notably shorter time to kill is maybe just a wee bit strong for 12.7 then there’s nothing to discuss.

Scimitar yes I agree, I made a post on the orignal thread (ignored by gaijin like most of the rest), I have a 4-1 KDR on it in GRB and aced it by playing it.
The rest of the planes are mid, A-4B only gets 3 Bullpups and a worse flight model and energy, Buc S.1 is a boat and gets no gun and is just worse then the Scimitar in every way, and H.34 (played the game for almost 3 years and barely seen anyone use it)
(Just wanted to say, even though I do not agree with some of the posts/opinions in this thread about the F-14 IRIAF, I deeply appreciate debates that are more civil, which is often not the case on the forums. Cheers everyone, I appreciate and enjoyed the conversations here today 🍻)

Whoops! Good catch here actually. I had meant the MiG-29G which rather notably gets neither ARH missiles, nor the absolutely criminal flight performance of the F-15, Mirage 4000, or Gripen A. Fixed.

As long as the community believes that 2S38 belongs to 11.7 for whatever reason it cannot be seen as credible.
The bias is strong and delulu is even stronger.

The fact it only gets 1 Bullpup and a shit zoom level means it wont dominate lobbies anyway so im not too fussed about it.
It never dominates lobbies, but it’s hillarious to use, when i use it on my maxed air crew i only need to land for 9 seconds to repair and rearm, while i am basically invulnerble to everything besides fighters
I played F-20.
Why that thing exactly is 12.3? And why was 12.7? Man i’m going worse than Mirage F.1 with it… which i though impossible.
The Mirage F1 variants have a much worse radar set with MTI instead of PD, their SARH missiles are a lot worse than the AIM-7s and the Magic 2s have a much more limited range than the AIM-9Ls.
I agree there are some completely insane BR suggestions (like 2S38 to 11.7 or sth) but I guarantee there were plenty of good suggestions in that thread. I made a few myself. That’s not an excuse to ignore all of them. The whole point of the feedback is to let Gaijin go through them all and pick out the good ones.
Ok i can give it for you for free. Worse 35 Euros i’ve ever spend and it’s not that i needed it. I just happen to like the plane… I can’t go well with it though. Possibly it’s me… i have to adjust .
It’s not that i played anything below 13.0 so far, maybe it’s that.
Edit: Not even, i’ve died like 5 times because connection issues (i seriously have to call the provider tomorrow and have a talk) , other than that it’s just the BR. Up to 12.7 is ok… as soon as ARHs from 13.0 and above come in , there it’s crap. And i evade quite a lot of them , problem is it doesn’t have CM count.
Overall the plane is a 12.0 for that reason alone.
In comparison with MF.1 for example, Magic 2 are better than 9L, except for range. Ok it has Sparrows Mf.1 let’s say it doesn’t. performance is F-20. The CM count though…
If 12.0 is MF.1 and 12.3 is F-16A… that’s 12.15.
Again decompression is the word. It shouldn’t see 13.3…or even 13 .0 but it will delete any 11.0 if it gets 12.0. Decompression… tomorrow.
Too many planes affected from the compression. They should decompress asap. Make it max BR 15.0.
What’s the point of moving the f-14 and mirage from 12.3 to 12.7 in sim? There is no bracket where 12.3 is even the top BR.

Some of those could easily drop by a single step, if not more.
What’s the point of asking about feedback if you don’t give a crap about it? Another br changes prooving that people working at gaijin either don’t even play their own game and have no idea how gameplay looks like or all these riddicolous and inconsistent changes are made on purpose - and hard to say which one of these two is worse.
