Also, you’d only need one singular French F16 on your team in top-tier now and you’d never be able to confidently read enemy F16 pings anymore on your RWR. It does not help situational awareness. I’d agree with you with historical matchmaking. We don’t have historical matchmaking, and it’s not happening either.

If you added historical matchmaking we wouldn’t have top-tier sim. It would cease to exist. They might as well add a queuing system for blue-team which would likely be hours long, just to fight the few masochists of red team that don’t stand a chance against F15C’s and F16C’s.

I’d be fine with IFF on the RWR like it is on radar, with a “dot” above friendlies, since this is needed and likely entirely realistic with datalink IRL that these jets have. Making it optional would also be cool with me, doesn’t provide an unfair advantage.
