This would not work for top-tier. Likely not 11.0+ either. The game-mode would die overnight. Not only is USA players massively outnumbering USSR players, to the point where some sim players I know are literally not even bothering grinding the new F15C due to them barely ever finding available lobbies to begin with, and even if they do they’re competing for kills because they’re outnumbering the red team - but when it comes to simulator, there’s been a MASSIVE imbalance in terms of avionics, and after this major update, weaponry as well. It’s not even close.
