i get banned due to missile doesnt knows where it is the enemy aircraft i send my IR guided missile to hostile aircraft and got my teammate killed so i am asking is this my fault to get banned due to this actions? or gaijins fault i hope devs help me

You must have fired with a friendly near your target or in the path between you and your target, so it is your fault for not being mindful of your surroundings.
And one tk doesn’t get you banned…it must have happened quite often.
just accept the ban and wait it out, the devs wont make an exception for you.
i really try not lock friendly aircraft to many times and friendly F16 comes at very fast i didnt see him

I kinda agree with what you said, howewer, sometimes allied players are just brain dead. One time I shot a missile at a guy ( being careful, there wasn’t anybody nearby ) and all of a sudden my great ally came from nowhere and the missile decided to hit him so yeah .

Hi, you will need to wait out the ban. I believe on the ban screen it tells you support cannot help you regarding sending them a video.
