This isn’t really representative, since GER is on USSR side, but has the worst WR in the BR. I suspect, the SS aggregates EC and GSB, hence the difference. In EC the difference is much smaller and it mostly depends on player quality which is garbage for the NATO side. Just look at the WR of GE (and kill ratio) and PoBIT (both 14.3) who lose in GSB, so the positive WR is mostly from EC and considering there’s no X-14.3 BR games, they’re effectively top tier fighting SM2s. While this idiotic IronDome meta gives SM2 certain advantages the difference isn’t nearly as large as suggested and Golden Ealge eg. is a much better plane than ppl give it a credit for.

Though we both speaks with no data to debate, no number to crunches, so if you feels like its turned like a brick so be it. While i (player of both western and eastern planes) say that Mig-29 or Su series absolutely can pulls in a dogfight so be it.
Because it did? And they just buffed it so, it compresses at high speeds less and they buffed the turn rate a little.
But that doesn’t change how it was for the last 3 years, a reasonable person, would see gameplay on release and see how it compressed and struggled to keep its speed against any plane that wasn’t a F-14A.
