You have to use an SPAA to destroy enemy vehicles but is it just ground vehicles? Or can you shoot down enemy aircraft as well?

You can shoot down aircraft, yes
That’s how I usually complete it even though it’d be easier to just use a gepard and kill tanks
Both, i just pulled out my za-35 or falcon and went to town
Aircrafts as well, Very simple task honestly.
I personally use the Paraga and ZSU-57
