Challenger LEP and all other demo vehicles are welcome in the game, look at most of the USSR tree. Its needed to fill gaps and makes things interesting. Black Night is my favourite CR2 because of how it plays

I strongly dissagree, having demo tanks in game is pointless. For a start no challenger is going into any battle without its armour additions. So what we get left with is a new toy ( APS on Black Night ) at the cost of armour protection which isn’t a good tradeoff.

Ive found CR2 without the theatre entry armour to still be adequate. Being able to protect myself and nearby allies from KA50 helis and ATGM carriers is a tradeoff I’m more than happy with. lighter weight is nice for cross country speed too
Eh… Challenger 2 BN was a solid addition, not only does it get the APS, but also has the best optics/thermals.
CR3TD should never have been added though, adding a massively weakened CR2 just for the sake of having DM53 with a slower reload rate, wasnt worth it, given its now 11.7 vs 12.0 for the BN/2E, its pretty clear it should never have been added. At least yet. I dont mind a pre-production CR3, but it should be those being revealed recently/soon, not the first one with half baked features (some planned some not)

So whats the pro’s and con’s of the Brimestones??
We carry 18 slow missiles that are worse then hellfires is that a pro?
We loose its FnF function. we are locked to using lazor guided only meaning we have to spend more time around or above the battle field and have to maintain lock the entire time while also having to dodge SPAA and other aircraft
So many matches I get nuked from CAS and on the kill cam there already flying right back to rearm, they don’t have to loiter and wait for impact so why should the UK be forced with a missile that IRL has a FnF function??

You aren’t flying a Brimstone, you are flying EFT.
Vehicles as a whole should be looked at when trying to balance, not just their singular features.
You don’t need to maintain the lock the entire time.
Launch it, go down and pop out few seconds before impact.
Basically the only defence the CR2s have. TES/OES ERA doesnt provide enough protection despite having 1200-1600mm of CE protection IRL and the CR2s are too slow and too slow to accelerate to defend against IOG missiles.

You could fire 38MT’s from a bi-plane and they would still outperform Brimestones so its not the vehicle’s that matter as much as the ordinence they fire play such a massive roll. and as I’ve stated before Brimestones been nerfed and removing there FnF makes it unfair when other get far superior ordinence
Brimstones are just one part of the EFT.
Vehicles as a whole are looked at and then balanced, them being good/bad in one area doesn’t mean anything until you take everything else in consideration.
I never said 38MTs aren’t better.
I already said Brimstones could be buffed by increasing their speed.
So for fun I just took the brimestones into a test flight.
at 2.1kft alt an 10miles from target I fired a brimestone at Mach 1.08
I maintained speed, heading and alt. I flew past the missile and was 5 miles ahead of the target when the missile hit. The missile is god aweful

As a UK player, if you think the CAS options are bad, you’re smoking crack…
If you aren’t getting at the absolute minimum, 5 kills with brimstones in the Typhoon before dying, then that is a HUGE skill issue on your part.

If that the case by your logic entire UK ground Toptier are weak it deserve LOAL brimstone for it EFT and Tornado

What are they strong at?
Armour?
Mobility?
Fire power?
Survivability?
All the CR2 has is it’s looks
I’ts outclassed by Leopard 2A4/5 and T-80U

T-80U fires a similar performing round reloading slower of equal survivability once penned.
Chally 2 has less armor overall.
Mobility is indecisive.
Reload is slower but only for the CR2s first 4 rounds. Then the T-80s autoloader 7 seconds is about the same speed as a none ace crew for CR2.
Mobility is so important, CR2 cannot reliably peek without being hit and cripled/destroyed
CR2 has so many weakspots you dont bounce many shots and are often penetrated.
CR2 does nothing well. It is the worst top tier tank
