Type 75 MLRS is missing 10km/h of extra speed?

So the SUB-I-II had it’s top speed moved from 50km/h to 60km/h. And both the SUB and Type 75 are based on the Type 73 APC chassis sooo… Should it have the same 60km/h top speed?

Translated:

(1) Top speed: Approximately 50 km/h (on flat hard road)

Need to remember, that they may be on the same platform, doesn’t mean their gonna perform the same. Whatever is mounted on top can reduce the speed.
