I’m not sure if giving that level of penetration to Western rounds would be healthy for the game, since the main advantage of Russian MBTs is their armor. Without it, they don’t really have much to offer, as they’re limited by poor gun depression, average ammunition, and a weak reverse gear.

Yeah, sadly, I’m not sure how much Gaijin wants to go in that direction, since on the dev server they added even more modules to some tanks, especially the Abrams.

they seem to think that sitting around disabled waiting to repair is fun, it’s already at the point where you are better off just J-ing out if you take a serious hit, that goes for both Russian and Western MBTs.

Well, it seems they have rolled back some of these changes for now… let’s see how long it takes for them to bring them back.
