God Mode was made when the game was far more BR compressed than it is today as well.
And the only change to it was going to 30,000SL from 50,000.
So complaining about it today is… a choice.
Especially as the game gets more and more decompressed over time, even if it’s slow.

Still really bad as dying drains your team’s tickets and opponents gain SP.
Your chances of ending that spawn in a net positive for your team are extremely small.
Also, players who do that but have whole TT researched is simply inexcusable.
Doesn’t take a genius to figure out you sitting in a goal or spawning a Reserve tier tank in a top tier game isn’t a normal human behavior and is nothing more than a rage bait.
Stock vehicle is forced on you, sitting in the goal as a goalkeeper for the whole match isn’t.
Proving malice is objectively impossible in most cases.
You can usually spade it in PVE. And not bother the team mates with your trash. :-)

Re-read the description of the word griefing.
They have to do it with the purpose of being disrupting and aggravating, that HAS TO be the goal for the action for it to fall under griefing. It cannot be a biproduct or an unintentional consequence while they aim for something else. By your definition a bad player would be griefing just by being bad at the game.

Someone spawning in a Reserve tier tank when he has multiple top tier tanks available is an intentional way to spoil others’ enjoyment. The intention behind it is irrelevant. You could go for the God Mode, you could try to jump over a 2A7V for a “funni” video or do something else entirely.
You did that with intent.

I agree with a BR restriction, and I’ve also said the exact same thing in the past that these biplanes do nothing but shooting the one who brought them into higher BR and dies for 99% of the times.
