The VT-4 was never coming for this update, it was always delayed (even the leak says this). All they confirmed was that it wasn’t coming this update.

Because they weren’t going to add it this update. They still haven’t fully confirmed it, are you expecting them to announce every vehicle months in advanced when they usually delay things in the weeks leading up? The F-2A was leaked to come an update before it did, but it was delayed.

That said, it would be nice if gaijin was more consistent with Australia and Canada. I for one wouldn’t mind seeing an Australian M1A2 or Canadian leopards or even the ASLAVS in the British tre, but that’s another subject entirely.
Also this was before the subtree system existed.

Which is where Thailand sits. It has been a subtree of Japan for like 6 months. Either you stop complaining or call for the whole subtree to be removed.

Funny enough Germany has G.91R/3 tested and manufactured by Italy, but nobody is talking about this one not represented in the Italian TT.
Would be nice to see Italian one as well, especially since it would be the best Gina in the tech tree.
Or alternatively they could add a Portuguese R/3 with sidewinders, as a long-awaited squadron vehicle for example.
Why ? As i said there is no problem with Thailand sub tree being in there are problem with VT-4 being in Japan tech tree.

Thai VT-4 is perfectly fine in thai subtree that is located within japanese TT.
Its no longer chinese tank. It might still be chinese manufactured but it stopped being chinese when thai bought it and started operating it with thai crews, thai camo and thai rondels.
This was stated a hundred times already in this thread.
What makes this concept so difficult to grasp?

All im saying is that you are confusing chinese VT-4 and thai VT-4.
Not wanting to add chinese VT-4 to japan due to historical reasons is perfectly legitimate.
But tank is question is thai VT-4.
No you can’t just buy something and cut it’s cultural ties it’s Chinese tank.
