why VT-4 shouldn’t go to Thai sub tree accounting to Chinese
when four nations in the game have German designed Leopard 2.
VT-4 in Thai service is Thai vehicles not Chinese (PLA don’t even use VT-4)
VT-4 is gonna be added sooner or later for thailand, what should be the main concern is how they will add it, like for example if they announce that they are finallly adding spall liners for you know chinese tanks that have been missing them for 2 years and then announce that VT-4 is coming it might cause a problem at first but I think everyone would be more focused on the fact that the spall liners were finally added to the ZTZ series, or they can just add it and not announce it, just showcase the vehicle on the dev stream and leave it at that is not like they announce every vehicle

Speaking of Ukrainian tank’s didnt at some point JGSDF crew drove a Ukrainian T-64B?
and could in a sense mean we’d get/have a event/tech tree T-64B due to actually driving the vehicle

If Japan or any of the sub trees get an Abrams, it should go in the tree. I would be fine with, let’s say Russia got a type 10, as long if Russia or a sub TT bought it.

I made it clear that I hadn’t even understood the comment, I have a lot of difficulties commenting in English and the translator doesn’t help! I’m not saying that the Type 10 should go to China, I just used it as an example following the logic of the comment I replied to.

I think this update is primarily focused around Thailand as a sub tree and giving other nations new SPAA before they add more stuff (given USSR currently has quite a wide loadout)

Facts. From my perspective it is a similar logic as if Poles/Israelis/Dutch etc. etc. were mad about Germans getting new vehicles because of all the things 3rd Reich did in WW2. I never heard threats or boycotts about Germany getting F-4 Phantoms or something similar. It is very sad

No matter what they say, they cannot convince reasonable people that modern Japanese people are somehow responsible for things that happened before they were born. It’s simply the truth. To believe otherwise is just plain foolish.
They claim you should show empathy yet it doesn’t seem like they think what it feels like to be blamed for things you weren’t even alive for.

I’m not the religious type but sometimes you can find wisdom in different books such as one of the books of the bible says “the sins of the father shall not be visited upon the son” or children should not be held accountable or punished for the wrongdoings of their parents, emphasizing individual responsibility for one’s own actions rather than the actions of the past.

VT-4 was the export tank, Just like the JF-17 being intended for export. Yes it might be going TO japan’s tech tree however it doesnt mean it’s exclusively going to be FOR japan.
It’ll have the thai flag and everything just like every other non tech tree nation has.
Just please remember the Thai VT-4 will NOT have the Japanese Flag, But it will have the THAI flag

Some Chinese users have shown concern that the rising Sun decal will be used on Chinese tanks if they are added to the Japanese tech tree but you can already put the decal on the Chinese tanks in their own tech tree
