I think the delay to another update wasnt a big deal at all. since the vt4 wasnt rlly needed gameplay wise since the techtree isnt lacking mbt´s.

Yep, exactly what I’m thinking as well. I just don’t like the idea that Thailand can’t get their main MBT because of where they are placed, but if it’s just a delay then that’s perfectly fine.
Maybe instead of a poorly timed V-J day release they can time it around the Thai Army day in January (closest would be December update, sadly none fits perfectly). This is also most likely when M1A2T is added as well, so even the Chinese could get something alongside it.

yup, most ppl do understand such reasonings, and most of their ideas for china are now getting fire since some of them overreacted to the vt4 to thailand. tbf the t84 to pakistan is also seen critical sine they only ever tested the vehicle(to my knowledge).

The Oplot P was a unique variant developed for Pakistan, it just lost to the VT-4. My main issue with it is that the tank in game is not the Oplot P, but the Oplot T copied over. I hope they fix it.

Absolutely NONE western equipment or vehicles to China until Thai VT-4 is added*
Due to yet another bug it is slower than Type 90 when IRL it is faster.

The word there is “Could be,” but once again, I know folks who have been playing since 2012.
Unless you can argue with people who have been playing between 2012 and 2017.
The game isn’t gonna die; it is in such a niche market that it quite literally has no true competitors.
Every “Competitor” cannot offer all 3 major forms and all of the sub-combat-forms of playstyles.
As all of them are either very early, abandoned, or mostly focused on a specific area and stuck with it.
The closest would be War-Gaming; however, that is 3 separate games.
Which focused on the Arcadey side of things.
World of Tanks and World of Warships are the only 2 alive games, as WOWP is dead. It focuses on the arcadey side of things, something that never works for flight-based games.
But once again, this has nothing to do with this topic, at least not directly.

Then fight for what you want, the only reason is you only grind the Japan TT, how other techtrees going is not your business. as You said, after I grind all techtree, Thai VT4 is “copy sh*t” for me too, and I don’t get it why you guys want to play a 7.1s reload tank on toptier, If you think you can have it but you wouldn’t play it, then I won’t say anything, You will know what I mean when you acquire it.

Reasons to give VT-4 to Thai TT
- It is Thai’s current and latest “Main” Battle Tank, not adding it is like not giving Abrams to the US
- It will add new playstyle to Jap TT post 11.7 BR
(3xType-90 and 3xType-10/TKX only with the same playstyles are boring after a while. Addition of T-84 is good, but with VT-4 would be better) - VT-4 to Thai TT means it will bump up statistic of this vehicle, if more ppl knows it has issue and raise up, the one in original TT will likely to being fix sooner.
Reason to not give VT-4 to Thai TT
- Certain group of players unhappy about Japan
TBH, as another fellow patriot I don’t want this case to be a setting stone for Gaijin to not add Chinese export’s vehicles to Thai TT, as many has potential to add varieties of REDFOR playstyle for Jap TT, like Type-69-II, VN-16, VN-1 or even Type-62.
I also feel bad about those who put the efforts to suggest these vehicles since the old-forum, just to know that it got block by such nonsense reason.
