Please, Gaijin, reconsider top tier BR rotations.
Since last patch, most fun, arguably THE most fun high tier planes from rank 8 got sent in to BR rotation purgatory.
There is only one rotation where planes like…
Su-27SM
Mig-29KR/M
F-16CM
F-18C late
J-10A
J-11B
F-15C/J(M)
F-2A
…and some others, where they wont be facing 15.0 planes.
These used to sit in the “fun” bracket for many veteran Sim players, who did not enjoy the very tipity top of the technology tree, but enjoyed the late 90’s and early 2000 technology. For many, this was the perfect balance of avionics, airframe and weapon capability, where personal skill played major role in optimal utilization of your aircraft. This is ofc an opinion, but opinion I think many of us shares.
I also feel that there is room for 14.0-14.3 bracket, where we can keep the 14.7-15.0 apart and leave us at least some breathing room for 14.3 planes to have a day under the sun.
There are the bangers like
Mirage 2000 5F (all three of them)
F-16 Pobbit
F-15E
Mig-35
that deserve to shine, and pairing them with 14.0 planes will have a decent matchup and plane variety.
Additionally, having one BR rotation where you can make 14.0 - 14.7 room or 14.0-15.0 room would be nice. The mech scan typhoons and Su-30SM and many other 14.7 planes could use a place where they are not made obsolete by 15.0 jets.
TL:DR, i suggest the sim top BR rotations changed to
[A] 14.0 - 15.0
[B] 13.7 - 15.0 whit optionality to make 13.7 - 14.7 room, players can choose.
[C] 14.0 - 14.3 AND 14.7 - 15.0
[D] 14. 3 - 15.0
Take this as my opinion and feel free to add your suggestions. And if anyone, who have a hotline to Gaijin sees this, please convey our wishes to the developers.
So far this patch has been amazing, as far as content and decompression, this new BR bracketing is only thing that might rub many rank 8 and 9 sim enjoyers the wrong way and crowd out big part of other vice good planes for 3/4 rotations by very advanced planes with top of the line missiles, radars and flightmodels.
