I can’t man and I am a US player lol, they’ve been given vehicles almost every single patch.
The F16 still beats it out easily for cas.
I wouldn’t say it’s worse than them, the GBUs aren’t as easy to use as the AGMs, as well as that the AGMs I find suit more the top tier meta right now of dodging missiles and keeping a decent low altitude.

Every single EF2000 getting brimstones for example makes no sense seeing as the german ones wont moutn them until 2028.
The British EF2000 shouldn’t get access to the Spice 250s either, we gotta at least keep it semi accurate. Or it’s pointless even having trees lol.

Play Britain top tier Ground, Italy Top Tier ground and France top tier ground (without the Leopards), and you’ll see what legitimate terrible top tier performance looks, feels and plays like.
Saying russian tanks are some of the worst in the game is such a weird take. i wouldnt say they are the best tanks but there are far far worse options, like the gutted challengers, anything in top tier italy etc that are far worse and deserving of more suitable things. Russian tanks are strong all around, except the reverse speed thats about it. (edit: forgot about the depression so dont crucify me)
Russian tanks also have the most inconsistent damage models ive ever went against, where i can hit weakspots from the front, it will kill driver, ignore everything in the middile with russias magical spall absorber, then hit the engine. They also have higher survivability imo, with western tanks losing practically everything to fight back if they dont get one shotted while russian tanks mainly lose their autoloader and can instantly retaliate (this isnt 100% of the time but pretty common at least for me). pair that with the best cas in the game, KH38 and the only properly modelled fnf heli missiles in the game, their grb lineup is easily clear of everything else.
Looking at your stats, before making outrageous and quite frankly bs claims, maybe try playing other countries than russia and then make your decision, as to me it looks like just more of a skill issue with russian tanks.
Air to air wise? it certainly is better than the Su30SM2.

The brimstone is A meant to be in it’s early form as they stated, whichmeans B germany hadn’t tested it yet so by their own fking rules hsouldn’t have it.

They would most certainly not be since Gaijin is completely allergic to any bit of decompression and the pre SPICE EFTs were the same BR as they are with SPICE
