Theres a difference between “the enemy penned me, i need to retreat and repair” and " the enemy penned my, the dart flew directly into the bustle autoloader that goes around the entire back of my turret and turned my tank into scrap metal".
Second best ammo/gun, 5 second reload, pretty much best protection after the 2A7/T series, decent mobility. I really dont know why youre trying to paint the Abrams as the special needs kid of top tier when the list of clearly better tanks really just boils down to 2A7/122B+. The entire rest is at least debatable
Honestly, in our current meta? Abrams might be stronger than 2A7 and 122 due to reload and mobility. Around sales times is when the 2A7 and 122 are at their strongest, as the level 10s can’t aim for LFP.
Their top tier vehicles are good ? the abrams are some of the best top tier MBTs in the game right now.
Between firepower, mobility and their mediocre protection, good turret , bad hull.
They tend to quite well, they just need to be used properly.
I didnt say they desperately need one. I just meant that a slight buff wouldnt break the US top tier performance. The tanks are decent but the rest doesnt really stand out anymore with the recent powercreep
LDIRCM Helis are not special anymore, the SPAA is ok, fixed wing CAS is probably the worst in the game rn
Not much will change it unless they get some meta breaking stuff to be fair.
Such is the way of gaming man, they’re still a strong nation for top tier ground, decent for air and navel if absolutely no idea as I’ve only played britain n russia.

that’s one bold statement for them. The F16C is still a great CAS platform.
Playing devils advocate, and ONLY looking at fixed wing CAS, even the F-16C is only firing AGM-65s. Nearly every other nations has something a bit better.
Germany, Britain and Italy = Typhoon with 8x Spice-250 + other weapons (I have mixed opinions about the Spice-250s specifically on the Typhoon but they are okay)
USSR & Japan = KH-38MT (enough said)
France = Rafale with AASM
Israel = F-16 with 8x Spice-250
Sweden = Gripen E with 16x Spice-250
Only nation really weaker than the US is China at the moment. (though I dont know how the J-10C is doing in terms of CAS)
Though I dont think they should get that much of a buff and certainly not the 28x GBU-53 loadouts they are expecting

It is but its worse than the Eurofighter, Rafale, SU30, Gripen E, Israeli F16 the only debatable one is China but even the J10C has 10(?) FnF ir weapons now

The su30 platforms aren’t as good as what USA can field but in the F15s and 16s.

If so I’d still say about taking the AGMs over it VS the long range missiles we hve right now.
I can’t man and I am a US player lol, they’ve been given vehicles almost every single patch.
The F16 still beats it out easily for cas.
I wouldn’t say it’s worse than them, the GBUs aren’t as easy to use as the AGMs, as well as that the AGMs I find suit more the top tier meta right now of dodging missiles and keeping a decent low altitude.

oh also USA has their own spice variants, or equivelants of in the little glide bombs
Which is at most the buff they need. limited in number.
A few times, when chatting with US mains, they request weapons that so far outstrip everyone else its insane. Did have someone suggest they should be the only nation to get MMW once
yet we do not get brimstone nor meteor implemented properly.
As well as GErmany randomly has access to brimstones
does beg to wonder why the spice bombs are on the EF2000s we have in game right now as it is.
The british one hasn’t used them nor are they in service last I checked.
