the artificially slow reload rates
the weakest at top tear darts
the now slow acceleration exhilaration and non existent reverse gear
the only two nations with exploding fuel
the new autoloader “mechanism” that is just more hand holding for other nations
there is noting good about them
"The slow reloads are fast actually, "
brain rot
Still betted than ariete and others…maybe except of Leopards
They’re fine, even more the Chinese MBTs with better protection over the Russian ones, the only one who wins over most is the T-90M.
Remove the armour they enjoy and you end up with the glass canons like the Ariette or Challenger. Soviets easily have the 3rd strongest ground line up in game right now.
Soviet autoloaders havent had jamming issues since the early T-64 i mean have you seen a single russian or ukie complain about their autoloader during the whole war they’re slow yes but they’re also pretty reliable they’ve been developed for over 50 years
T80s use the same autoloader as the 64s, who all had their reload slowed because they’d have too high of a chance to jam if it was faster than about 7 seconds.
Could you provide a source on the autoloaders jamming? I’ve never heard about them jamming extensively, nor about the T-64/80 autoloader needing to be slowed down. AFAIK the T-64/80 autoloader can cycle to the next round every 6.5 seconds (not counting aiming or the gun reverting to position)
The T-80s being used currently have their 6.5s reload the reason why the reload was limited on the early T-64 was because the ram rod was brittle and would break if it pushed the shells in too fast the issue was fixed pretty early on in development iirc
Even when it did work as intended, early models posed a significant risk to the turret crew, as there were no safety features and it was all too easy for clothing or equipment to be caught in the mechanism, jamming the auto-loader and seriously injuring the victim
It was literally just the issue of it being exposed and the ram rod these were easy fixes
You’re free to submit a bug report to get this fixed with valid evidence. And every nation has artificially slow reload times. There are videos of Challenger crewmen reloading in 3 seconds, but the max reload for Challenger is 5 seconds.
France and Britain’s darts are significantly weaker than 3BM60
Take this up with Russian engineers? What is Gaijin supposed to do?
Fuel explosions happen to every country, in my experience it happens more often to France and Japan than Russian MBTs.
Autoloaders exist in real life, the inclusion to War Thunder is more accurate than it was before. Besides, France and Japan also have to deal with modeled autoloaders.
Impossible btw, T-90 manufacturer already says smth like “already perfect”
i remembered such situation - if the ussr tanks are bad, then we can’t help, say it to the soviet engineers.
but if nato tanks are bad, then gaijin must improve them afap!
I feel like this has to be bait tbh
no, ts is speaking fax.
Gaijin isn’t the one who designed T-72s and gave them such poor reverse performance.
This is both a buff and nerf at the same time for those who have autoloaders. The buff is that it absorbs spalling and rounds which make the tanks that have them more survivable especially Russian/Chinese tanks since their main weakpoint is their poor survivability. The nerf is that its another thing to repair and disabling it means you can’t reload.
Looks like just fun guy
Spoiler
His nickname is translit russian word, maybe just “patriot”
Their armour and armour coverage, small profile, FCS, great forward mobility which beats a lot of tanks, autoloader means no need for expert or ace crew to get competitive reload, and low weight means they don’t lose a lot of speed when turning. Also since they’re covered by a lot of armour pieces such as ERA, there’s a higher chance for your round to disappear because of volumetric.
How the tables have turned now that Russia or any autoloader mbt doesnt seal club everything with their trolly armor and standard reload .
but when nato tank or plane “suffers” gaijin can and will gave characteristics from some brochure.
double standards.
