You realize that the SPICE easily outranges basically every SAM other than the BUK right?
And even AGM-65s outrange almost all SAM (except from the Aster 30 and BUK)
On Paper, in practice SPICE can be easily interceptable due to how slow it is compare to KH-38’s.

Bold claim, Mavericks needs to be fired at really high altitude and speed in order to achieve those ranges which means enemy jet will become even more easy target to SAM systems, also you can easily intercept it.
It seems your balance logic is to put all planes out of commission.

im not a fan of getting railed by a kh38 but other cas munitions are manageable

No one likes Kh-38, even its users but yea other munitions are manageable because they require significantly more effort to make it work.
You can fire 65Ds from 20km at mach 0.95 at 4.5km altitude which gives you enough time to get to the notch after firing

Which require significant amount of time to achieve that altitude speed and trajectory while enemy SAM system can easily push you away.
You talk like enemy fighter jet will have free time while SAM system will not even try to intercept it which is BS.
Not to mention Mavericks are so easy to intercept even in that condition.
