Although it’s a light tank, it has the same chances of survival as ZTZ-88, but the difference is that it’s faster, it has a higher loading speed, it can lower the cannon, and that makes it much better.

If it were a balance team, we would never have seen some changes that are stupid,… and seen some others that were required from start.

Gaijin doesn’t know how to balance the game → any explanation behind it might be true.

The balance team → how many are they? Apart the guy that create the excel sheet, nothing is done correctly.
