Article 19 1. Every person has the right to freedom of speech and expression in any form. 2. This right includes freedom to hold opinions and receive and impart information and ideas without interference by any public authority and regardless of frontiers.

The point you’re trying to make I think is that the 1st Amendment (or its “free speech” equivalent every other normal country says it has) doesn’t apply to private companies, just governments. That’s pretty much true everywhere.

Radio commands exist for people who don’t want to use VOIP. If Gaijin updated their ping system to include more options text chat would be even more useless than it is right now.

I’m sure if snail check you’re chat history in game they’ll have rights to ban you . Pretty sure you talk about politics in game ( Which is against TOS) I’m pretty sure you participated In the N word meme ( When you all give individual letters in Chat spelling it out ) etc

It’s not “politics” to ask honest questions about why part of the service people are paying for is turned off without any notice.

In the absence of any Gaijin official statement explaining what’s going on and why, paying customers of the company are entitled to complain here.

And even then it does not mean you can just say anything you want…

Some really need to look it up to see what it really means… most will be shocked…

And yes, chat is shut down for the time being… tho I think Squad chat is still enabled… unless something changed…
