I’ve been playing mostly around 9.7-10.0 this week. And my map rotation has basically just been repeats of Abandoned town, Abandoned Factory, Aral Sea, Iberian Castle, and then maybe one 5th map that might be different. (Poland/field of Poland is the most common though).
Its been this all week, and Ill be real, I don’t actually like any of those maps at the best of times. But when its nothing but those maps (plus the 5th random map is usually another city map too) on repeat for days on end, I’ve gotten to the point of almost one death leaving them in a hope enough rerolls will get me something, ANY other map. Even if it was 5 maps I liked, It gets boring playing the same thing over and over and over again.
I already have had Seversk 13 permanently banned for probably 2 years now because if Its not banned then I’ll guaranteed get that map at least 3 times in every 10 games and holy moly I was so BORED of that bloody map I couldn’t take it anymore, even though there are maps I dislike more in the game.
Even just tonight, I had abandoned factory 3 times in 6 games.
There are (I counted) 54 ground maps. There are some maps that I genuinely only see once every 6 months if I’m lucky (Pradesh, Red Desert, and surroundings of Volo). I know some are limited to different BRs, but thats not all of them. Please can we improve the variety a bit? and make Seversk less common please so I can unban it and ban Iberian Castle… Or Abandoned town… or Test Site 2271.
(and don’t even get me started on Air RB map rotation because that is unbelievably bad)
