The Israeli premium aircraft Kfir Canard is over-bracketed for its battle rating. In many situations its flight performance and offensive options are simply inferior to aircraft like the MiG-23 and the F-104, while it also has to go up against BR 12.3 fighters such as the F/A-18. On top of that, the Kfir Canard’s radar and RWR are practically useless in the vast majority of cases — it has neither target identification nor any real search capability. Its only offensive loadout is a single cannon plus two AIM-9G missiles. Meanwhile, fighters like the MiG-21, Su-22 and MiG-23 carry all-aspect IR missiles or semi-active radar homing missiles, which makes the Kfir Canard’s survivability and overall gameplay experience absolutely terrible.

The Kfir Canard and the A-5C BR increases were completely uncalled for. None of it makes any sense…
Many people explained the situation perfectly in the BR thread, and Gaijin just completely ignored all the sound advice that was offered as to why these vehicles didn’t need to be raised into BR oblivion.
It was a spiteful move to say the least.
