No, because learning how to play the game takes effort and over half the notching “guides” most likely suck
Hence why I’m making my own one

Because for a large part of the bad players it’s easy to blame every external factor under the sun than it is to just accept that it was their fault.
For example in GRB the T-90M has a massively overbloated reputation due to this.
“Was it me squandring all the advantages that my superior Abrams gave ma and screwing up? Nah it must have been the T-90M being overpowered!”
(Just a random example)
That’s very true, many times when arguing I get a feeling that the other person is bad at the game and pretending otherwise. Quickly statchecking them more often than not confirms it.
I’d prefer if my enemies were a little more competent so I could get cooler fights, instead of a guaranteed win the moment I get past the merge.
This is also a big issue. I’ve even been told you cannot track tanks at close range by their engine sound alone, despite doing it for years now.
Hä?
lmfao
Me when stereo headset:

Even if they were on Mono it wouldn’t explain everything I saw from that guy…
Oh god
That’s why I think this debate is pointless, the player base isn’t going to change. The best thing is to accept it and carry out some basic bullying on 70 % of the players in the game. Personally, I quite like being called a cheater when I dodge a Magic 2 in Rear Aspect, the F1C premium players think it’s impossible.
Honestly, one of the few things that’s fun in this game is seeing the slop that bad players come up with
True but lets not pretend that this is only the players fault. War thunder has a super high skill ceiling but does barely anything to properly teach the game, offers next to no ways to learn the game in a controlled non player environment and doesnt separate players based on skill so there is no natural in game progression. Other objectively complicated games do a much, much better job at preparing players to succeed in the game. In War thunder you can just shell out 70 bucks for a premium and play against people with thousands of hours without any bit of guardrail or guideline.
I love killing waves of Su-30s with the F2A
F-2 my beloved
TIGER_TANK_1 gameplay go brrr
I regret searching up pictures of keyboards with worn out spacebars to make a meme
Think about it the game isn’t obliged to provide a manual,as players, if we want to improve, we have to do our own research or try to improve our skills. And when it comes to premium aircraft, it’s the same story,as a player, I have to realise that it might be better to buy an F-5C if I want to speed up my progress, without knowing anything about the game, than to buy an Su-30, which requires me to know a lot about the game.
At the end of the day, 90% of the responsibility for quality lies goes to player, and 10% with the gaijin
On that note, at the top tier, 70% of the lobby are players with 200 hours who have bought premiums and bombarded bases, so
did they all have 5 letters in particular worn out?
Hard disagree there. A single player game can have people figure out stuff on their own but a multiplayer game where your gameplay will affect the experience of other players needs to properly teach the game and give options to learn mechanics, maps and vehicles in a controlled fashion. Imagine a game like League of Legends but without tutorials, a practice tool and ranks. It would be unplayable. War thunder is far from unplayable but its insanely hard to approach for new players.
Comparing LoL and War Thunder doesn’t make sense, it’s the same as me installing Falcon 4 BMS or DCS and expecting a comprehensive tutorial for the whole thing it doesn’t make sense, at most, you’d get flight manuals.
And on Warthunder, there are lots of videos and tutorials about gameplay, but you can’t take people by the hand and guide them.
Explain why the comparison doesnt make sense. They are both free to play, casual multiplayer games.
Thats not an excuse for war thunder just a statement that those games do an even worse job.
War thunder itself offers barely anything useful, let alone useful for the level of gameplay you can buy into. Sure there are youtube guides but thats not the same as a proper in game tutorial
LoL is casual, Warthunder isn’t. It’s a game focused on realism, so it’s normal to encounter more challenges and require more skill. In League of Legends, you only use two mouse buttons and six keys for skills or summoner spells. Warthunder top tier you need a full keyboard
War thunder is also incredibly casual if someone sticks to Arcade and Realistic gamemodes.
Sorry but thats ridiculous. Normal War thunder except for sim is at least equally casual and high level Lol is much more complex than high level war thunder.
