though quite frankly, im not sure why the Su-39 is 11.3 and not 12.0 alongside the A-10C in GRB. Aircraft with sustained CAS potential (aka the 16x Vikhrs) usually results in a higher BR, look at the Tornado GR4 vs F-111F
i am sorry but if you think that using a ir missile is the best way to kill a su25 your completly wrong and you should know.
you dont even need missile to beat a su25, simple gun run and retaining energy. even close fight you would win as the su25 dont gain speed quickly and turn very bad

So? What does say? Hawk 200 RDA do against an Su-39? (literally the same BR) (i’ve also found myself facing on in the Buc S2B before in ASB, though that was a choice to uptier myself like that)

all subsonic planes are the most easy target to kill. for the ircm of the su25 where only affect from behinde, its pretty to take 2 sec to think : ah maybe ill attack him from the side or above him.
the point is rather than looking what bad plane A go against and nerf plane B, your complain should focus more on buffing plane A
at which point, you massively reduce the effectiveness of the IR seeker and make them even easier to 1 flare defeat.
ok so that leave you with guns ? your above him, if he sees you he gonna right or left, you use air brake, get behinde him, make sure not to gain speed to not over shoot, get gun kill.
there plenty of option, now about your hawk, not gonna say much but if a subsonic get above a plane, thats a rare situation

well i didnt play it long to have a fully good say about it, yes its unique but if we start adding to the other plane, wouldnt that just creat more massive advantage ? i mean the j10c can even get dircm in its pod but other dont who would lead in a massive win rate
