The su39 is suffering in Air RB Due to lack of A capable Medium range air to air missiles, It Has all the necessary requirements from Missiles Wire Link Pods, To Kopyo Radar pod For the Launch, Why giving it Koypo Radar Pod if it Cant Launch Radar Missiles?, War thunder does not seem to care about Some Vehicles Loadout and Their Actual Modifications, There is a lot of vehicles that does not have their Real life modifications due to “Balance” Reasons, which seems Reasonable but not realistic, Counting war thunder as a realistic game That “pays” Attention To details, As a war thunder fan, I Do care about war thunder and its Development, But Little Details Is what makes things shine, Especially Su39, The Mig23ML is also a premium with R27 at a much lower Battle rating than the Su39, I know its designed as a fighter\Interceptor, But If Su39 HAVE the capability to carry such missile then give it, It wont make such a huge different in its battle rating balance since there is alot of planes that have A radar guided Missiles Such as america Germany Israel etc, even i made bug report it got denied, but there is a someone else who made a bug report and its been “Accepted” by the Moderators, IT BEEN 2 YEARS!, Its very frustrating, without any appliance to it`s existence in game. so yeah. Yup, but this one is kind of an exception, due to its chunky Design ( its platform ), its Mainly made for Airstrike operations CAS, but due to the Wide Varity Of different armament to choose from and the available pylons, its gives it kind of a different class from others planes.

If you need a mid range rocket just use vikhr’s with a radar pod to lock them
some Strike subsonic Aircrafts does not usually get the ability to get Medium or long range (BVR) missiles, since its just a modernized version of the su25 to be a counter for american designs ( such as A10A\C) it really have alot of Unadded weapons such as Kh25MT\P and its GNSS versions. its understandable some Aircrafts At its BR have a similar IRCCM Missiles, but its high Br make it suffer really, I understand Vihkr Comes into place, but speaking into other missiles like Aim-7F sparrow and The (DF) variant, which make it kind of death situation to deal with Taking into account u dont have much to do at this BR except Use missiles and bombs for grind.
Including it can carry max of 4 R-27R1, In game it may be reduced to only 2 R-27R1 to keep it at its current br.
i mean even if theyre a bit faster theres harriers at 11.3 with only aim9L not even irccm
anything with a radar competent enough to fire missiles when youre at low alt is at like 12.0 or russian (mig23ml with r24s) and anything else isnt an issue cause you have 200 countermeasures
idk man the su39 is fine imo its not that hard to play and get kills with and kill some ground targets too
The harriers also can get sparrows If the su39 got its R-27R1, because it will count as a counter for such addition, its understandable the su39 is strong at Ground RB and some situations at Air RB, some planes similar to the harrier and strike aircrafts from NATO have the ability to carry some version of AIM7 Sparrow which will be a win-win situation.

Harrier II Plus (AV-8B Plus), Sea Harrier (FRS1 / FA2), Original Harrier / AV-8A / AV-8C, AV-8B Night Attack, all of them can carry some version or advanced versions of missiles as a counter for such upgrade, Taking into account some Harrier versions are still not Technically added to the game, It will be a possible addition for such missiles as a counter for future, since gaijin also loves to over balance things which again seems reasonable, will be more realistic if it got some actual usage of their modification and appliance.

the Sukhoi Su-39 ( Su-25TM) is a multi-role combat aircraft, specifically designed as a modernized, all-weather, multi-role upgrade to the Su-25 ground-attack aircraft. but since it came too late to the Requirements, it got cancelled. its a universal Platform To carry a wide Variety of armaments including the Previously mentioned R-27R1.
How about we give it its historical weapons 4 r73. Same for su25sm3 and su25T
Currently, Su25T and Su25SM3 does not feature an extra R-73, but i would love to see the addition of an extra R-73 in future.

correct, Also It can be equipped with the Dual Ejector Racks, For the Kh25ML`s or MTP or its GNSS variants, but i am not sure if the R-27R1 can also be equipped on The dual Ejector racks system.
