SU30 should not have kh38s for balancing reasons
just like how lots of planes are missing ordinance eg. every US high tier plane except f18 missing GPS+laser guided bombs for some reason

The Su34 shouldn’t have them either. The Su25sm3 is the only aircraft that could have them. Although Kh29 would be completely sufficient.
X-38 should be removed from the game just like AASM

New SPAA ends the Kh-38MT, Hammer IR, and AGM-65 being OP.
Which agm is OP?? The agm65D, whose destructive power is sometimes not enough to shoot down a cockroach, or the agm65G, which is not able to hit a moving tank. They are still far from being OP. KH38 and AGM65 are as different as day and night. I won’t say anything about HAMMER, I haven’t played with them.
Yes, it could be. But no one said that these missiles would be replaced by new, better and more op missiles.
Ah, when some are given everything, others are given half or nothing. Nothing will happen if they take them off that plane because of the minimum balance.

War Thunder ground isn’t AGMs vs AGMs, it’s AGMs vs tanks, and as long as they out-range all SPAA [which they currently do], that’s all that matters.
And F-15E and Rafale remain OP CAS, just like Su-30.
To say F-15E isn’t is saying Su-30 isn’t.

It’s not agm vs agm, of course. But how many tanks can take down with thoose agms.

Yes, but they are more than enough and on a way better airframe which can absolutely dominate the sky.
They are strong but aware pantsir can intercept them with no issue

for agm to kill you have to basically stand still, afk or minimal movement
ive got killed moving at 83kph in my hstvl from the 38mt
and ive survive 65b when standing still in my abrams
