for agm to kill you have to basically stand still, afk or minimal movement
ive got killed moving at 83kph in my hstvl from the 38mt
and ive survive 65b when standing still in my abrams

Move airspawns back at least to 30km, now CAP which is MILES better than any SPAA including pantsir can reasonably engage CAS before it gets in range.
When i spawn su34 i just immedietly go into tv mode and start slinging my missles out because it only takes around 10-15 seconds usually to find 6 targets and after that i might as well get shotdown and respawn. Landing is never worth it as you will get picked off by CAP and even if you dont its a giant time sink id rather be back playing the game on the ground rhen spending half a mstch to rearm and climb only to be shot down 80% of the time anyways.
Maybe give planes 2 different air spawns so they arent hard camped, can already basically do that now.
Guided bombs are pretty much useless, for every 100 times i die to agms i might die once to a bomb in 10.0+ games. Its suicide to use them, and even if you dont die they take ages to reach the target.
Pretty sure you would have more success lawnmowing and droping retarded bombs on marked targets. CAS being able to see scouted/hit marked vics is also kinda lame.
id much rather have both GPS and laser guidance than either individually, and when it costs almost 1000 sp to spawn a plane with mavs theres a pretty good argument to bring other weapons instead
