Finding the weight of both turrets would also prove the “all the weight went into the turret” claim by that bug reporting manager dude

That was just a volunteer’s mistake, with the new APU and other components in the hull it’s not a secret that it weighs more.
Again, if you’re so concerned about wasting time, and the all-knowing devs will deny our next report anyway, what in the world are you doing here?

Do you really think a reduced weight abrams, with a reduced weight underbody IED protection kit and an APU has an increase of roughly 2+ tons?

yeah, but they did massive weight reduction in the tank itself outside of the armour, like switching to fiber optic, new ied kit, new blowout pannels, switching steel out for titanium in some components, and also doing internal reworking to save weight for the new armour package

Ive seen the evidence for reduced weight underside, but not the rest, and to be quite frank, it does not mean much without exact figures for the rest even if its true

The idea of ROSY has been around for decades and has been trialed on a number of M1, M2/M3 & HMMWV configurations, so there are similar options.

No, the Army ordered ~500 VVR-4 units, Doesn’t mean it will fit them to the Abrams but they were purchased with that potential.

I like how that whole bug manager #1 label was originally added because people caught on that the moderators where doing stuff like this and instead of fixing it they hid the names.

Well you’re wrong and if you’d have read the report or the preceding conversation as it has been mentioned multiple times throughout, you’d know that.
