The standards to revise M1A2 SEPv3's armor NEED to be revised and calibrated

This plate is located on the driver’s right side. It shows the total weight. The first one is in comander

I lost the video, but has anyone showed this yet?

i almost missed it, but theres the card and i can only read “Turret assembly for tank ___” but is this even a V2 or?

Maybe get ai to clear up the info panel idk 🤷

Looks like a SEPv2 to me, consistent placement with the other SEPv2 footage I found.

This is absolutely sad and shouldn’t be a thing on any MBT, no matter their front armor layout. Bug report managers and devs boast that they balance the game around ‘game conventions’, and getting 50cal’d and be unable to fire (Leclerc FCS holds that feature) is nowhere near balanced or fair, no matter the tank’s core characteristics.

Anyway, back on topic.

90% sure it is a sepv2, i matched it to the one that @TheRealSteve sent, and checked where the weight is.

i know its very blurry, but it seems to be __.1, possibly 20 something

Its not worth the time finding this placard anyways, it still doesnt prove anything concrete. So unless you are gonna find an itemized list of every single change done from V2 to V3, with the weight added or subtracted for each change, you are out of luck anyways

Literally discussed this with a tech mod. That is why we are pursuing this. Get out of here dude😂

Tech mod does not get to make game decisions at all, that is up to the devs

I asked for assistance with what we need to solidfy the evidence we have. And by the way, we have an itemized list of improvements, and the datacards isolate any changes being made to the turret. Like you JUST said, it’s their decision to accept or deny, so what are you so upset about? If we want to try again, what’s your issue?

And according to Gaijin’s guidelines from 2021, nothing has to be proven concrete. My conversation with Smin after the report got denied highlighted that as well.

Nobody is upset, im just trying to prevent you all from wasting hours of research just to be denied again. Lets say the difference between the V2 and V3 hull is 2 tons. Sure the the tech mod can accept it to be reviewed by the devs. The devs review it and decide the extra weight is from the APU and other electronics. Devs have already made their stance clear. They will not buff it unless you have a legitimate source that says exactly where the improved armor is, and what its purpose is.

In a way we’re being trolled. Gaijin being the equivalent of Russian state media, and it is illegal in Russia to degrade their military assets. This law carries harsh penalties, and while they say they moved their hq, this means absolutely nothing when their employees still live in Russia or their families are there. Call me crazy, there’s just too many coincidences to be unintentional.
Honestly, I don’t see the fix to the hull being made. However I’ve never seen a better way to prove the bias than this. And if we can prove the bias dominoes might start falling leading to an outcome where things can be changed.

im pretty sure we have both of those? there are multiple source saying the sepv3 has an improved hull (NEA) and also what the objective (requirements) of NEA are no?

It just says improved hull armor. Not where, not how much and not what for.

I’ll waste my time on whatever I want😂

Playing War Thunder is a “waste of time”, Mr. Productive. God forbid someone spends their time researching something they enjoy

The only concrete hull armor documentation is improved belly for IED protection.

Then dont mald here again when its denied once more.

Isn’t this conversation a waste of YOUR time? You’re not changing anyone’s minds.
