hmm well that was something got 0/12 re2005 1v1 LF mk9 and as i expected the power of LF mk9at lower altitude is too much of powerhouse but the first turns of re2005 were better until we go slow and then LF mk9 just can helicopter its way and generate power and keep going and going up to energy trap re2005 and then use the altitude advantage to dive and pick up speed and keep its peak sustained turn and re 2005 can’t keep its peak sustain turn performance because it’s out of energy that’s good tactic from B17FlyngFortress ngl its safe approach ngl i was looking for like dogfight not press S and win but yeah not complaining to much about this i would Don the same if i had this kind of power
it was a dogfight, all i did was play to my planes strengths, which is what i am supposed to do when testing asymmetric match ups

would you like to do 1v1 again this time i would like to simulate real battle as in shooting in head on as this gives re2005 big advantage to use its 1 or 2 turns instead of classic 1v1 duel we merge and stuff let’s do real simulate i think this would be fair but i do like both of us not commuting head on and 1v1 at 4km instead of low altitude because the LF mk9 has nearly 2000hp below 3km but sharply drop power the higher it goose while re2005 mentioned its power until like 6km this would be really show case seiner because you climb in air rb and re2005 really benefit from being higher unlike LF mk9
That’s funny how they describe VDM in this video, not matching its WT representation.

They still haven’t addressed the fact that their announcement lies. They say it performs better than the standard Re.2005 but it just performs worse.

Jesus. It was bad enough to say it performs better on the forum announcement, but to say it’s noticeably better when it is flat out worse? That’s actually ridiculous.

I said the exact thing in the comment section of the video, but with gloves off. I’m starting getting enough of their attitude.

if you think about it there is also another tricky detail, the battlepass photo shows a squad of Reggiane attacking some B-17s, which in game is relatively unlikely to happen due to the fact that the plane doesn’t climb fast enough and practically never encounters B-17s unless it’s a custom battle for the br difference

The TT Re.2005 should realistically be around 4.3 based on it’s performance.
(Id keep it on 5.0 since its very easy to fly though)
It’s worse than the Spitfire Mk IX in almost every aspect but the guns. The current BP one as it is should be 4.3 - 4.7 material.

When I started playing this game some eight months ago, my only wish was they would add this beautiful beast of an airplane. I know it was a proto that barely finnished its flight tests but my was it impressive! So dissappointed they watered it down.
That beign said, it appears we collectively have enough sources to reasonably correct them. Is there anything more we can do or was that it?
Edit: added my dislike to the relevant youtube video, for what little that is worth.
