You can still move sure, but im saying that most anti airs arent gonna be able to move far enougj where they wont get killed by someone in-game or you end up getting gunned down because you gotta manage 3 vehicles.

God damn, bro snapped.

Uhm because adding new stuff thats more advanced is how Gaijin makes money? I doubt the game would have been very successful if we went from WW2 only backwards towards WW1 vehicles. The addition of LDIRCM for almost all trees was one of the better balance decisions Gaijin made, only having these things in 3 tech trees would have been way more broken.

Yeah because that means your entire game performance is reliant on being on russias team.

Have you seen SIM winrates lately?

Excuse me but whos the absolute loser flagging this

Yeah, so can the normal SAMS.

Its not like its hard for anyone to intercept them, its just if they react to them in time

Which is precisely the point why it matters that the MTs are more than twice as fast as the next competitor

I was talking about the AGM-179, which is why I mentioned the Hellfire with a 20 km range, but anyway.

What am i supposed to do when people spread misinformation and FUD.

Its like people complaining about KH-38MT ignoring JAGM-MR in game

If they removed Kh-38s

Stopped listening to players who want small ass maps then cry a river when their long range SAMS cant long range

And then players actually understood that Russias planes dont bring half the ordinance U.S planes do, so the NATO doesnt gotta worry about devoloping a vehicle for that, meanwhile Russia did because NATO brings pretty much way more.

I think it would be a step in the right direction.

Also keep in mind that low flying munitions are useless because most of the maps dont allow it, so why ask to add it?

Yes, it turns the Apaches that have it into the only helicopter in the game that can’t be shot down by another helicopter, but can shoot down other helicopters yet nobody mentions this

Fair

??? LMFAO

REDFOR went from 49% winrate to 73% winrate in Sim after Mi-28NM with LMUR 6 months ago and has since never went below 63%. LMUR open up the way for KH-38s.

RB has it better than Sim because you can’t first spawn helis/planes and RU CAS is diluted by weaker nations.

Sim ground top bracket has been near unplayable for months. And it’s probably worse now that the new Pantsir is there to make it even more one sided.

Doesn’t make a difference atp

Yeah and if my grandma was covered in cheese and pickles shed be a hamburger. Removing the 38 is never going to happen, because the ensuing meltdown of the russian playerbase would make chernobyl look like a normal weekend.

Thats not the problem with western SAMs atm, they hardly hit their current max ranges rn due to shitty modeling anyway. Bigger maps would not benefit the current arsenal of non russian CAS weaponry in the slightest.

Low flying munitions are useless due to their implementation either without loal so they lose lock instantly and fly into nirvana or because of them being restricted to IR only despite having GNSS as well.

Please note that larger maps do not benefit either side in terms of efficiency or anti-air capabilities

It would…

It would break the current trend of by the time the SAM fires said plane is already within a 20km range raining munitions down every single time.

And instead put them on the defensive 1st in most scenarios.

Why are we saying long range sams unable to use their #1 advantage of long range not make a difference lmao.

I don’t think so, because the map design in this game is so bad that half the map will either be cover for the planes or an open plain where they’ll get shot down they don’t know how to design maps, so both sides will always suffer

Itd be a step in the right direction nontheless. Theres no point in contuing to add more advanced SAMS if their #1 strength is never gonna see the light of the day because players dont want bigger maps and dont trust Gaijins map design.

But that also means theres no point in CAS getting use of more advanced munitions. Since they already have the preset advantage of being in engagmemt range.
