The Pantsir SM-SV is Simply Too Strong, Russian Bias as Clear as Day

And instead of russia getting the pantsir SMSV as the devs seemed like they wanted to rush this out as soon as possible since Buk apparantly was too weak, they could have fixed Japan’s short range SPAA issue by adding the Type 11

If RB matches in ground weren’t restricted by nations and were like air RB, then we wouldn’t have this problem

Not to be that guy, but that thing isn’t gonna help you against any top tier CAS whatsoever

There is legit nothing else for Japan, This is better as a backup than whatever the type 81 is. God its so bad

Does Japan actually get nothing until patriot

oh my god not this guy again

Japan, south korea, alot of asian nations rely on US for modern SPAA systems

That is the big problem, not just for Japan, but for pretty much all nations except for China and the USSR/Russia

Gaijin could give some nations CIWS vehicles that aren’t in service yet (Skyguard, HSVD/ADAMS, MLBPWS) to give these nations something that can somewhat protect against FnF spam and act as proper SHORAD, but it seems like they aren’t interested in that

Hell, they seem more interested in adding ARMs to make CAS even more oppressive than properly balancing the CAS/SPAA dynamic

At least compare the Mi-28MN to the AH-64E and the Z-10ME bruh

i was mainly compating LMUR to hellfire tbh

Since pantsir SMSV was added, none of these sound op. Yes it doesn’t match the capability of the SMSV but provides some sort of iron dome defense at least.

I don’t have high hopes for this

How are LMURs and Hellfires comparable?

Don’t talk to him, he’s the guy that said puma was better than the BMPT a while ago.

Ohhh, aight lol

both fire and forget tho hellfires get lower BR and you can carry more at a time

As I said, west went a different route, Russia went a different route.

Like think about it for the BUK, an AESA radar that can still lock and track without the main radar vehicle and still fire. U.S has it all separated to different vehicles because sure I guess

what are you on

My main issue with the whole spaa/cas dynamic is that Russia has the most oppressive of both
