Curious how youre not pointing out how i have relatively few matches in the f111, which means that my kd is still largely affected by having to stock grind agm65(which i did in arb ofc), which i did after the air spawn nerf.
It does though im fighting the same system on a much weaker aircraft, you think im going to perform worse in a an aircraft with better weapons and actually usable flight model?
No that makes little sense, youre taking out players from the regardless of the “cost”, getting enough spawn points to respawn in an ground vehicle after spawning cas is literally free, all you need is a kill, if you spawn cas and get 2 or 3 free kills and then die(which is brain off gameplay) you’ve still had a impact on the game, and remind you with aircraft such as su30sm2 its not hard to get 4-6 kills as TTG is extremely fast and the he warhead is large enough to onetap anything and even get multi kills.
On the other side you are an anti air scrambling to shoot down the missiles whilst in all likelyhood the shooter is already cold and bruning toward af completely safe from your missiles. And intercepting 6 mach 2 kh38mt is a dice throw. And that goes on and on until you die as the aircraft gets unlimited ammo and you dont.
No, I just don’t know how you will perform. May be 1.5 kill/spawn. May be 4 kill/spawn.
You can’t ignore cost when you can spawn 3 tanks and 2 spaa by cost of 1 plane with full loadout. Planes cost 900+sp because they are considered to be more effective than ground vehicles. Average player should be more effective with aircraft than with MBT or this cost doesn’t make sense.
What a terrible experience you have playing spaa. Thank God my experience is much better.
You can prove your words about f111f by playing some amount of games and writting down results in some table. Kill / death / spawn / replay link. Some person (Renzo?) did it for one of ru bias thread and it looked pretty persuasively (tho sample size is small still).
this math doesnt make sense, the cost of the aircraft isnt taken from a shared pool from which if you suck so bad you cant get a kill youre being detrimental to the whole team, its taken from your spawn points, as long as you get back enough spawn points to spawn another tank its literally a net positive, spawn points dont serve any other use besides spawning tanks and aircraft, nukes are the only real other factor. this “cost” logic is nonsense in practice, youre not giving up anything by spawning an aircraft.
if youre playing sm sv
i mean i could, but as i said earlier, im taking a looooong break from touching top grb, and besides, i dont really need to prove anything here, anybody who has played top tier knows how piss easy cas is at top tier on the good aircraft, especially with how bad 90% of anti air are at those brs. if someones arguing that cas is somehow difficult then i dont know what else to say, it isnt.
And despite the entire community rising up to point out that there is a balancing issue with Russian vehicles… The developers continue to actively ignore the problem… I wonder how Russian players can even think that there is no “Russian bias” in this game…
i dont play only the pantsir sm sv i play other saclos aa idk how u came up with that nonsense. i never had this happen on ito90, pantsir s1, tunguska, etc
tunguska dosent use TWS, ITO90 dosent use TWS and i’ve had this issue with Pantsir S1, CS-SA5, and TOR M1’s and HQ11, other vehicles that use fully automatic missiles like SARH or IR, dont have this issue as badly marked as saclos, but they still have the issue, its bad on the IRIS-T SLM cuz it looses track inmediately and the missile dosent update the datalink anymore
example of tws:
personally i never had this issue and i cant replicate this issue in game so i cant comment. worst i have had happen is the radar lock changing to a different target in pantsir s1, and the issue is still present with sm sv
if you look in a game replay of pantsir sm sv, you can see the radar beams are not aligned, completely offset compared with its radar modules
Thats because both Pantsir trackers have a very limited number of targets they can detect, so when a new one appears, the old one is replaced. Once the one you are tracking is replaced, you are forced to switch to a different target.
That is the search radar, and its exactly the same on all other AAs, search radars dont move with the turret.
yeah that issue happens to all TWS radars from ground to air, its just more easy to notice on these ones because they have faster scan rate than normal 360 TWS radars
