I am stating that while the topic is about Pantsir SMSV, it’s also about the desire of adding more SPAA everywhere in the game.
Skies have been closed since the first half of 2025; there’s only a break with the over-performing LDIRCM, and this new SPAA is more of the same SPAA powercreep, and I will always defend anti-CAS measures.
Has anyone even said it’s not functioning to real life? I thought the argument was more about how Hellfire and JAGM aren’t lofting properly and they lose all their energy before hitting the target because of the PID values. Also not top attacking.
Yeah, this was always the argument I was aware of. Not that the LMUR is necessarily overperforming (though evidence of the Mi-28NM being able to take more than 4 is dubious at best) but that despite 2+ year old reports for Hellfire, Spike, PARS, etc it remains the only missile with properly modeled top down attack profiles
I don’t know how LMURs function IRL, this is why I want to know.
I’m not going to claim LMURs are correctly lofting if I don’t have evidence showcasing that.
I have evidence AGM-114s don’t loft correctly, which is why I make the claim that AGM-114’s lofting is incorrect.
And I have evidence that GNSS guided munitions are capable of vertical lofting maneuvers [Hammer for example], but not for Hammer itself.
One thing this place does exponentially better than Reddit is to somewhat avoid the echo chamber effect that exists, the game’s sub is a den of arrogant people, moreso than many of us.

Russa getting the bests CAS, SPAA and some tanks first, and even at lower BRs isnt some type of russian bias?? Also with features like no turret basket, autloader protection, ERA overperforming, etc.
Also I dont play naval but I see people complaining about Soyuz.
