But the performance will not be good, and burn lots of fuel compared to its thrust. There is a reason you see (yet again a Top Gun: Maverick reference) once they proceed past Mach 3 they enter Ram-jet mode, because that is when it is most powerful and efficient.

Ships are held to a different standard. While I would love to see it but Yak-141 was pushing it already this is closer to EAP.

As said above, it can’t as there’s different standards in place for different types of vehicles. It never receive any weapons systems nor was it proven to be planned to. This is a similar case to the EAP. Unless it’s proven to be combat capable (it won’t be), it can’t be added given what’s known about the aircraft at this moment in time.
