The MI28NM problem

Well duh

Inklish

While I agree there is a massive problem with that helicopter specifically with how they implemented the DIRCM, One thing I would like to point out is the UK has actually never used Brimstone missiles on the Apache platform in any combat scenario.

It was successfully demonstrated in controlled trials but the UK MOD Decided to go with US made JAGM.

There was a 2016 live fire demonstration, MBDA Conducted the first ever live firing of the Brimstones on the Apache AH-64E, These took place over a nine month trial program at US Test ranges in Mesa and Yuma Arizona using a leased US government Apache not a UK one.

but from all the information I was able to get from this it just simply looks like they chose the American missile Due to its compatibility, existing supply chain, integration and cost.

generally i would bring both adats and claws to counter helis effectively but that means i have to sacrifice my CAS/Helicopter slot for an extra anti-air.

Everyone has an AH-64E now, nor is the LMUR lock range as good as 15km, it’s more like 6km

Then why is the MZ loader slower than irl? When nato loads are quicker than irl?

Hmm?

You sure buddy?

Seems to show multiple shots in a none combat environment. also no delay in selecting the round.

I will say NATO tanks are closer to 4 seconds and in some cases CR2 quicker than that with laploading.

that video is kinda useless because theres a cut between each shot

The first 2 shots are close enough to be the others are cut.
Here is combat footage enjoy it before it is removed!

T-72 https://youtu.be/HIgWsFEnCQk

they arent though

tank was at the mark for the first shot
it jumped 50+ m forward in the cut

The T-72 one is a single take and you can see the ejector working you could time that

yeah

first shot is ~6 seconds second is ~16 seconds
you sure you want that in game?

I am sure. Both of those videos you posted are regurgitated fake reloads. They do not mimic combat situations in the slightest, and the first clip of the abrams is already half way through its reload before it shows the loader ;)

and they have 7 in game so that’s pretty close

That isn’t a T-80U with an MZ loader now is it?

still fake reloads?

Well most don’t film combat from the inside of the tank as they are fighting. We see most internal shots from Russian combat is in safe areas away from the fighting

Yup.

  1. Can’t see inside at the loader
  2. They’re moving at 5 mph
  3. It still took 5 secs
    :)

Russian loaders use their cyclogram data though.

and what do we have ingame?

with ace crew 6sec so 1sec more ;)

But this is going in the wrong direction again; after all, this is the Mi28NM thread.
