The MI28NM problem

Okay, stop. Are we talking about DIRCM or LDIRCM?

Ou boy, here we go with “def not based” player explaining how everything is balanced

LDIRCM or the magic anti ir force field

The mi28 does not have a 360 sphere. This can be seen both in the datamines and in the game itself, where it will often get missiles like iris-t or 9x in its face.

Nope it works just fine against missiles from top or side which again it shouldn’t

2S38, Ka-52, Mi-28NN, Su-30SM, T-90M, T-80BVM

artificially nerfed

Kh38 hammer ground forces and there’s little to no proof they exist

LMURS are the strongest heli-to-ground missile, 1 hit is 90% chance of a kill if they stay exposed, any other missile has the same weaknesses smoke, cover, etc.

It’s wierd LMURs are in their full glory with everything and USA’s in-game JAGMs are never built prototypes

well specifically for the KH-38MT although thats a bit of a different discussion but they closed down the forum thread for it…

Okay, let’s say it has 360, although everything contradicts this. Then how do missiles sometimes hit mi28 if it has 360 coverage while z10 and 64e don’t have this problem?

The mods like to do that, when there’s too much proof against their belives, they either go silent or close the thread.

Great example was with the Abrams breach protection, mods were fighting it wasn’t real and when enough evidence rolled out, they went silent and refused to elaborate about that topic

That’s an issue. Who actually wants to spawn camp helis just to avoid unkillable FnF?

Ok where exactly did you get the info that only the MI gets hit by missiles and the others never do?
Also theres nothing contradicting this LDIRCM is not proplery modeled in game

They arent tho, just like the JAGM they have missing feature.

New information for me, can you list a few features LMURs are missing?

Just like spikes, the MITL…

I think there’s a language barrier, features mean 2 or more.

They can’t fire to target coordinate either…

I haven’t tested it myself but GNSS guidace means you can set sight stabilization and it will find a way to that point when launched and can not change target.

GNSS on ir missiles doesnt work to begin with as they default to point

Very intresting, well to be fair on both sides, you listed 2 features and 1 seems to be a game bug or player issue.

JAGM-MR are missing a tri-mode seeker (mmW, IR, SAL guidance) in-game both IR and SAL JAGM-MR are missing either mmW and IR or mmW and SAL, +2.
JAGM-MR should be able to swap between those guidances, +1.
JAGM-MR should be able to be launched via the radar, helping in low visibility situations, +1.

This is just 4 missing features, I can list more if you want.

Exept the thing that they are missing is a single thing mmw… the only difference is that the game saperated laser and ir, as if they implemented it together you would loose most of the fire and forget capabilities as the ir is just for therminal guidance.
Also iirc you can launch them with the radar like the regular hellfires.
