Also this video doesn’t seem to show a Leclerc at all.

That Twitter video was ~1 second, and turret when from over rear corner to centered.
AFAIK that can be ~26 degrees or less.
And the video documentary showed 4 seconds of traverse.
4 seconds in WT is 26x4, so around 104 degrees.
That documentary looks to be about 104 degrees traversed.
We know from the leak speed is correct in game

Also gaijin: provide documentation for the armor composition of the Leclerc to prove it’s more than 400mm thick and the same for the lws

Partially yes but in some cases also no. Ariete for example is also missing it’s full composite in the hull. The UFP is just spaced armor. At some points it feels like Gaijin just doesn’t want things to be correct
The difference is that Ariete Armor is bad even IRL, a fix would add 100-150mm but it wouldn’t change much. While wonder why every upgrade package proposed to Leclerc, even Swedish or Turkish hasn’t proposed a single hull upgrade because the protection seemed good enough.

Exactly my words. Especially when looking at Sweden with their STRV 122 that got more composite onto the frontal hull. However having 100-150mm more upper frontal armor would make a difference to things like HSVT-L or 2S38s APFSDS
Either way, i hope they will make some changes and if the bug report about AZUR LWS is gonna get rejected again im not going to continue again after sources and pages i feel like its not worth it
Just copy it with all sources and whatevery you got and post it every now and then. At some point you’ll get to someone who’s competent and willing enough. It’s an ongoing issue but sadly there isn’t much we can do about it. I’m already starting to collect such cases as the double standards with Leclerc to STRV 122 in your case. When I got enough together I’ll try to forward them to Gaijin in hopes to get things straight.

Yeah I’m following it. Still have some hope. Then again I’m very annoyed about these people as they’re not even supposed to decide if the information is sufficient enough or not. That’s still the devs work and specifically with things like brochures they should get forwarded to get looked at one way or another by a dev to decide.

In the current conflict
Some sources say the wedges make rounds less than 1000mm long practically useless
Becouse they will hit the main armor side on
Which I find ridiculous
If a bit of tincan provide that much protection why isn’t it used on every tank in existence
Or atleast the Western mbts

So new development on the matter
The post is now hidden for no particular reason as it’s just two link for bug reports on the same matter for two different nations
Armor suggestions for balance logic can’t be for one vehicle, it has to be a formal suggestion for all vehicles of that type. And due to the nature of the suggestion, it has to be a well put together short essay with good argumentation & evidence.
I thought about making one personally, however I put that on hold.
