Though the SEPs aren’t that much better than the M1A2 / Click-Bait as well.
The SEP V1 only gets a meaningless ERA package and Gen 2 thermals.
The only one where I could see being a lot better is the SEP V2 since it gets LWS and more smokes along with the Gen 2 thermals. These two are heavier than the M1A2 / M1A1 HC / Clickbait, though it’s not a huge difference either.
Maybe, though I really doubt the Leopard 2A7 / Strv 122B should or would be the only 13.3s in-game – especially how Gaijin balances things.
SEP family can also be 13.3 if they receive those fixes we talked about.
As for other tanks there is nothing we can do.
If the Arietes got this armor, I would get Certezza and RGO and grind the hell out of Italy, the last nation I am missing ingame.
It’s the poor state of the Arietes that are blocking me from doing this.

You’ve basically answered your own question there.
You only think they’re tanky because ‘‘Grass is always greener on the other side’’. If you’d actually played Russia yourself you’d have noticed how often you get instantly one-tapped or crippled in a T-90M, T-80BVM, T-80U, etc.

At least the 11.7 Arietes aren’t nearly in as bad of a position as where they were before.
From being 0.3 lower to the 2A7 to comfortably being 1.0 BR different.
No turret basket yet (though it’s not like it really matters), getting DM53, and a 5s reload is also quite nice.
But it is still definitely not great unless they buff its armour.
BTW it seems like the Premium Ariete has more weight than the tech tree variant despite having the same armour layout (I’m saying this with both not having the WAR Kit add-on).

Statcard bug. Me and a few friends did some testing and its just the statcard being outright wrong.
Though for a bit after release it was heavier than the 2A7 (weight listed on current statcard), with none of the armor, which was funny.

May i ask few things since the update is life. What to start with…
Firstly, what the hell gaijing??? type 10 and tkx got only basket, there are NOT FCS or any other modules, only basket AND Leclercs at same time got all the modules (and they are really huge in comperison to leos, abrams tanks, and especially rusian). Double standarts or what? Or there is some logical explanation to this, if there is, then explain me…
Secondly, lets talk about few things connected with new modules for Leclercs. I tested this with my mate in the poligon, and holly cow, FCS on Leclercs can be machine gunned… Like, hell no, imagine the situation, you breached or just caught enemy on his mistake and you are sure that for few secons enemy cannot shoot you, you came closely to him to kill him AND enemy just machine gun you and you are without FCS and i know that you still can fire, but isn’t this stupid??? Like, where in the world this is balanced and okay??? I’m just curios and want to hear something that can help me to understand gaijings logic and how is this normal???
And, I will be honest, i really like Leclercs and really enjoed playing them but last month i stopped coz the top tier is simply unplayable at this point and it is almost impossible to play it (especialy if you play against russia…). But now… Top tier is even more broken with new russian SPAA, yeap, again russia and some overpowered stuff, and with this adittion to leclercs modules, which is actually absurd for me, it is literally unplayable… And, I’m upset with this, but I won’t play Leclercs at this point, HOPEFULLY, I will be able to play them in near future but I’m really sceptical about this…
Idk if we can do something, devs are simply incompetent at this point and this is sad…

What did you think was going to happen this update? Russia didnt have the absolute best top tier spaa since the multiple vehicle spaa were introduced…Obviously something had to be done…
Now you can watch one spaa intercept literally all your slow af unreliable ordinance, while still being the best option vs helis while being able to defend itself. Actually thats not even too bad considering mavericks, spikes and pars dont deal any meaningful damage 50% of the times they actually make it to target anyhow so…Unlucky tho that by easily intercepting all your stuff youre giving him sp to spawn mi28nm or even worse su30 that you can do nothing against if youre playing, lets say japan with one of the worst top tier spaa, the type 03…good luck hitting any heli, semi close range jet or ordinance with that thing. Unlucky that its just japan, other nations somehow can get good spaa if their other ones are “underperforming”

Tbh, I really want Leclercs to become unplayable at all and then gaijing will be forced to make Leclercs properly… Atleast give new shell (if this possible with gaijing), fix armor or at least give spall liners to it (Ik that in reality there aren’t “spall liners” but a KEVLAR which supposed to work and actually works as spall liner)

No to be serious. Some nations just have equally underperforming spaa but dont get treated with the russian special attention somehow. If underperforming spaa was a reason to get special attention then some other nations would have been in much more need than russia which starting from 10.0 and possibly even before have the best spaas while others have rolands or some bs. But unfortunately not all tech trees are as lucky as russia apparently…

Ever eince they added the radar screen Rolands have jot been as bad to use as before. If you use the screen and autotracking it’s a lot easier and more effective.

Thx for the tip i might actually try that. Well its still out of the question whether an OSA that is almost undodgeable for some jets it can face (basically useless to bring any lower BR long range cas in a full uptier facing osas unless youre cas god) or the strela (which you could bring to top tier as a backup spaa if you really wanted) is better than the damn rolands 0.3 BR lower.

February stats for the BUK TADS (and keep in mind you can still play each of the launchers after that has died so its overall stats for the three vehicles will be better than this “minimum”): 0.64 K/D, 0.74 K/S
Type 03 (which is dead when the radar dies so this are its actual stats): 0.68 K/D, 0.55 K/S.
You can easily see that Russia desparately needed something overpowered to compete in the spaa department (Besides the Pantsir at 12.0). Now you can win matches in top tier by just keep spawning japanes mbts while 70% of the players duke it out between spaa and cas and you hold the whole ground map in two tanks hidden behind buildings, hoping your team keeps spawning spaa. Since your japanese spaa is useless and has been for years you just hope and pray that youre paired with a nation that has spaa (or queue with a friend that plays russia like i did), actually play the ground map and hide in a spot to cover one or two objectives as good as you can. awesome gameplay. You apparently can’t catch a break playing japan considering spaa.
