I was going to comment on this, I’m finishing the French land line, I played up to 9.3, and then I buy the 2A4 premium to finish the rest, and wow, I was surprised with the MSC. I perfectly understand why it’s 11.0, I took 4 nukes with it while it was still 10.7, as for the Leclerc, I’m almost getting the S21, but I already have some opinions, the stock ammunition is really horrible for me and it takes a long time to curve on its own axis, but otherwise I’m really surprised the vehicle has a really comfortable gameplay, the reload helps a lot, and many want to believe what I’m going to say now or not, I found its survivability really decent, much better than the Japanese Type 90 that I have, which is complete garbage in this regard, sometimes I take shots that simply kill a crew member, the turret armor is kind of trollish and holds several shots, and sometimes they simply go through it without doing any real damage

Yeah, the stock Leclerc is pain, the stock round is realy horrible. And i totally agree with you. I was surprised by Leclerc survivability in same way coz i got the Japanese tkx and type 10 and they were a little bit uncomfortable. The 4sec reliad is superior on types, but their gun handling and armor is realy bad while on Leclercs i alredy have more then 2 kills for 1 death and i only on my way to get a normal round for S21… If we talking about comfortable gameplay i would like to take Leclerc over the type and maybe even German leos.
I’m playing with the Type 90 premium from Japan. I’m researching the 9.0 vehicles, but it’s very difficult for me. I don’t like the Type 90’s play style. I’m used to my beautiful Soviet vehicles and my Leopards, which can provide me with armor and firepower. As for the Type 90, I have to treat it as a light tank because it can’t even handle shots from small-caliber automatic cannons. I just got the Leclerc S21 and I’m on my way to Azur. I really like the Leclerc. I would also say that it’s as comfortable as the Leopard or the T80BVM. It’s a really good vehicle.

I’d say type 90/10 and M1 abrams are the closest there is to leclerc (fast reload, quite mobile, Ok turret armor, very meh hull armor)

I’d say that it is more similar to abrams tanks, i haven’t played American top tier but Japanese and types with tkx is a bit similar to Leclerc. Both have very good mobility and good gun, reload is good too (but types have it by 1sec faster but Leclerc’s reload is pretty good too), and Leclerc has much better gun handling then types and around the same survivability (I would like to say that Leclerc has better armor and survivability in terms of battle, idk but i have survived critical hits in different places and spots on Leclerc many times but not on types. I was surprised coz sometimes Lelclec was more survivable then Leos 2 (ノ゜ー゜)ノ)
So overall, i prefer Leclercs more then types90/10.
Again, i havent played americans top tier, but i think it is pretty similar to France’s and is really good after all

Every leopard hull up to the A6 variant are basically butter for any top tier round.
Turret on Leclerc is also quite strong and very underrated imo
One other factor is that Leclerc is one of the last MBTs which still has a bit of empty space here and there, but i have a feeling that won’t last, as turret baskets and more modules will eventually come. I have to say though, them modelling the autoloader did not change much imo

If we are going to BR 12.7 for ground does this mean we could see the Leclerc’s at different BRs? Maybe the S1 and S2 stay at BR 12.0 the AZUR at BR 12.3 with OFL-120-F2 and SXXI at BR 12.7 with the new SHARD shell.
Maybe they’ll fix all the Leclerc bugs (speed, shells, UFP, etc.).

I dont think they will do sonething like this… Most likely they will just move every top tier vehicle at 12.7 and won’t do anything OR, maybe, atleast they gonna make some top tier tanks like leo 2a5 or Leclerc S1 and this type of tanks only to 12.3 and more powerfull versions to 12.7… But imo they will just move every top tier vehicle to 12.7 and thats all but they will decompress somethung about 10.7 and 11.7 or 8.0 and 9.0 or any other problematic br

How are all 4 leclercs going up to 12.7??? The S1 and S2 should be lower. 12.0 or 12.3. all 4 at 12.7 just makes no sense.
Honestly these four Leclerc are copy paste with minimal changes. You have to understand that while some some vehicles like BVM, L2A7V is 12.7 because the highest br is 12.7, some vehicles like Leclerc, challengers is 12.7 only because they are end of line and each nation needs 12.7 vehicles.
In the case of Leclerc, Gaijin be like, Leclerc is end of the line so it has to be 12.7, while all 4 of them are extremely similar so all 4 of them are 12.7
I think its fine. Leclercs are good now and nothing will change so yeah… If they would get 12.3 they gonna be even better but its good how it is
Well in other countries, they don’t have this issue.
If the requirement is that there needs to be at least one 12.7 vehicle for the nation’s top tier, France has the 2A6NL (though we can definitely debate if it should even be 12.7 to begin with):
If they want them to be at least somewhat competitive, they should go to 12.3, just like how the Oplot and the ZTZ99A are 12.3 now.
