This is the standard procedure for all reports that are handled as Suggestions. They are marked as “not a bug” because the site is primarily for bugs. All reports relating to armour protection are treated and handled as Suggestions. So a report being marked as such does not mean its been denied or closed.
İ understand what you trying to say with that article but this is not what i asked.
How come Gaijin thinks missing key armor elements are not bug? İts like saying my car missing its brakes but provider claims that those brakes are optional and if i want to have it i should order and wait.
I believe some of us are worried the label of “suggestion” means it’s simply going to be discarded into the trash as soon as the suggestion is published …
Can we expect a quick examination of the various armor suggestions, or should we expect the usual historical bug report timeframe ?
So for you the fact that the devs do not do their job properly and forget to model and code the Leclerc correctly is not a bug? (in this case the armor, but also the reload rate of 6s instead of 5s, bad versions of the CCE). Knowing that all this is precisely part of the problem of Gameplay and Coding and Graphics?
Seriously, I don’t know what to do anymore, be a little honest and admit that everything is not going as it should. Putting it in “suggestions” putting it off until later and not immediately raising the problem is not a solution.
Tell me how long does it take for a “bug” and a “suggestion” to be processed? Are they processed in the same way, and as quickly? And ask the players present who play the game and who for some really want to improve Leclerc, how long have these problems been going on? If each time this is considered a “suggestion” and the problem is reported, it is normal that nothing has been done yet. I’m not saying that you are responsible for it, but it’s up to you to raise this kind of problem and raise it directly to the developers because it will never be the developers who come in person to ask us what we think of this situation.
But have known the story the players are always wrong and the rest are always right.
I also found this as information (if you have more details on this subject I take ^^):
" Une des particularités du procédé Hyperbares propre au moteur V8X1500 est qu’il ne fume pas à l’accélération, ce qui permet de réduire la signature infrarouge du char. La température de l’échappement de la turbine TM-307 B n’excède jamais 370 °C, quel que soit le régime du moteur Diesel du char."
When I test the Leclerc S1 it spits out a plume of smoke that could make a locomotive blush. So another bad interpretation of Gaijin or something else?
Because if the Leclerc could obtain a slightly weaker thermal signature in game, it could be a plus.
Reload rates have and always been a soft balancing mechanic. Based on a combination of source material and balance needs. Once again, this is not a “bug”. You are suggesting a change be made based on material.
Neither of these issues are gameplay / code bugs. They are source based and subjective matters that can indeed be submitted for consideration. But are not themselves a bug by definition within the game, gameplay or code.
Bugs and Suggestions are both forwarded in much the same way. They are however entirely different matters in terms of the report itself. As above, one is an unintended issue with gameplay, code, graphics and crashes and the other is subjective to material and sources. Some investigations can take time and depend on what material the developers already have.
Once again, as explained in the above linked blog:
" We will consider every protection report that is made in compliance with the general guidelines and contains general, evaluative information from secondary sources, such as monographs, articles, and studies. Such reports will be treated as suggestions, not bugs or historical issues. Creating such a report can help us more accurately adjust our protection model of the specified vehicle, but it does not guarantee that the information specified in it will be implemented in the game."
No, please don’t talk to me about “soft balance” at this point, it’s borderline disrespectful!
Do you find Type 10, TKX, Type-90 at balanced 4s?!
They even have rumors of Challengers with a fairly fast reload (I haven’t had the opportunity to experience this horror yet)
The Leclerc and the nerve it is undeniable at a certain time it could have been understandable but there the received nerves begin according to many players to make feel this feeling. It’s time to polish it, it also doesn’t take several seconds, only 1 second. But even that seems too much for a “balancing” aberration a lot of things are out of balance but that bothers you less…
I find that balancing is an excuse too often used by developers who do not assume all their actions.
The devs should not play their game especially when the SOMUA SM can recharge in 4s but there it is not overperforming, it is at the limit of hypocrisy…
For its mobility and well… (I can only test it on trial but it is the same only in part with only 5 shells in the tank on tar in Leclerc S1).
Finally the Hyperbar seems to be present normally it accelerates from 0-32 in 5s and it does it after 4s on asphalt and perhaps the same on land (in good conditions) It brakes quite quickly and runs correctly in place.
On this video we see that the exhaust gases are not very visible (you have to look closely to realize it and make the difference between dust and smoke ha and Gaijin a video can hardly be faked… so yes the smoke in game and normally not so thick…) We see its very good braking on land and its very good mobility (in slalom passages)
