Yeah if the 2A4 can stay at 10.7 I’m sure the MSC wouldn’t be too out of place.
Would be nice if they could add the Belgian leo 1a5 Cockerill to that line up instead of only copy pasted leo 2a4’s… Hoping that they will add the interesting benelux vehicles instead of copy paste only…

If I am correct, hull is identical, but turret is quite significantly better ?
I believe the armor is 450 in NERA for the hull and turret currently (I have a big doubt)
Does the MSC’s UFP shielding work properly compared to the Leclerc’s?
No. The only decently armored part is the horizontal bar where the lower front plate and the upper front plate joins

The Leclerc’s hull has been underperforming for as long as the Leclercs have been in-game.
With the introduction of the MSC, perhaps Gaijin will take a second look at the hull of the production Leclercs?

The MSC’s hull is EXTREMELY more effective than all of the production Leclercs…
MSC gets like 640mm+ KE on it’s hull bulkhead while all of the production Leclercs are stuck with like 560mm+ KE.
MSC hull can resist DM53 fired from the L/55 while production hulls can’t even stop 3BM60…

Basically MSC hull gets the 12.0 dart ready level of protection (except for the UFP which is unchanged) us France mains have been dreaming to see come to rest of the Leclercs, while the production Leclercs are still rocking the weaker hulls that struggle to stop 3BM60.

Does the MSC still have that 6 sec reload?
yep (it’s purely there just so the MSC can stay 10.7)

That’s understandable. How different is the turret in terms of protection though?
The turret is incredibly weak in the gun mantlet area, struggling to even stop 105mm M735.
The outer edges of the turret however are very strong for 10.7, from the front they are in the 580mm+ KE range.

Will Serial Production Leclerc’s also receive armor fixes? Considering MSC got pretty good hull and turret armor it’s assume that Production models will also receive the same treatment right?
